It's made with sea moss, soursop, mango, papaya, ginger, passionfruit nectar, and just a splash of agave nectar. It was SO refreshing. Not overly sweet, not heavy, just really well balanced. Sometimes smoothies like this can taste like somebody dumped half the produce section into a blender and hoped for the best. This one actually worked. The soursop and tropical fruit flavors came through nicely, and the ginger gave it just enough of a little kick without taking over everything else. The interior is spacious, clean, and comfortable, which I appreciated. It didn't feel cramped or rushed, and the overall vibe was easy and welcoming. I'd definitely come back and try something else, but that Soursop/Seamoss Smoothie is already a winner for me.

It was more of that "I'll smile in your face while completely ignoring what you asked for" type of customer service. I didn't realize how badly my order had been messed up until I actually got it and saw what I was given. Missing items, wrong items, things I specifically asked for not being included... like how does an order get THIS wrong? And that's what really irritated me -- because if you're going to make a mistake, at least own it and fix it. Instead, I'm left finding out afterward that apparently nobody was paying attention when my order was being made. The food honestly wasn't worth the money or the frustration. Definitely won't be returning. There are too many other places that can make a bowl correctly without turning the experience into a scavenger hunt to figure out what happened to your order. Where a snotty Spanish-speaking young woman, who had been very chatty about how she grew up swimming through sewage water in her country (yes, while we were ordering) pulled the hair off of the napkin, held the hair up to the light, and literally said "This looks like your hair". Seriously? I should not have had to, yet I explained to her I had just mixed it from the frozen bottom and had taken all of three bites and this was hair #2, who knows how many more were in there. She snidely said " So you want me to make you another one?" I replied "NOT if its gonna be an argument. You can just refund my colleague who paid for it." She simply stared at me, went through the door and another young woman came out to give me a new one and apologized. 100% will not be returning nor would I recommend!

I've been to a Ding Tea in another state and gather that these are likely all privately-owned franchise locations. Today, I went into this location with almost my full family, so a large party of 6 with energetic small kiddos, aloof teenagers, and adults looking to entertain everyone. Here's what I'll say about this location: First, the staff is very friendly and was kind to answer all questions of the many first-time guests in our party. We all ordered different drink. Second, most of our party was luke warm in their drinks, even the brand new 4yo didn't really enjoy it. My brand new 6yo was the only one who really liked their order. The problem with mine was that it was too sweet even though I ordered it with "slight" sweetness, which is supposed to be 30%. Third, the restaurant isn't very clean. The floor is in need of a good mopping, the seats and table need to be wiped down, and the health score on the wall is only 80 (which suggests there have been multiple infractions). That said, the restroom was clean. We probably won't go back, as there are plenty other boba places in Henry County.

My order was mini bowl - Açaí as the base, blueberry as the fruit, chia seeds as the topping, and peanut butter drizzle. You can add more toppings and fruit if you want but I didn't inquire about pricing and was okay without the extras. Service was quick, staff seemed friendly.
