Based on previous reviews, this location has had their share of issues in the past, but my experience here was smooth and friendly. I ordered with the app and my smoothie was ready when I got there. There was no line in the drive-thru so I had Zero wait time. The young lady at the window was friendly and quick, and my smoothie was "Goldilocks" just right. No complaints. I like Smoothie King. I don't think I've ever had a smoothie here that I didn't like. My favorite is the chocolate Slim and Trim. It's so yummy and pretty filling, too! That sort of surprised me because when people talk about meal replacement shakes I'm all like yeah right, there's no way that would fill me up...but this does. You can add many different of supplements to your smoothies as well, depending on what you're looking to accomplish. The prices here are what kill me. Normally service is good...As long as you get here 15 min before closing. This is the sixth time I've come here 5-10 minutes before closing, and the open light is on. They then ignore you at the drive through, and tell you that they are closed. If you are not taking orders at 8:50 or 8:55, then put that as your hours. Whoever is working this shift needs to be told that you are open and taking orders until 9. It's not like I plan to come here at that time, but if you claim you are open, then stay open until that time. I get that it's probably high school students, but someone needs to tell them the rules of business hours and responsibility. read more

This worker had a really bad attitude and gave me the wrong order and when I asked her politely if I can get my right order she proceeded to not talk to me and took the drink back. A couple minutes later she comes back with another drink and doesn't say a word and barely hands it to me and drops it in my hands. so disappointed‍ smoothie king on gause by churches chicken.. my family and i were going to this location for a while but the other day we ordered the usual.. 2 vanilla hulk smoothies bc its our favorite. we especially like it bc of the real pecans from the real butter pecan ice cream .. we get to the window to order and the girl says hey do u mind if i use the yogurt instead of the ice cream bc it's too frozen to use? we said.. umm yes please we will wait for the defrosting of the ice cream bc thats the best part. then the girl says ok we got it. we get home to sit down and drink our smoothies and they're made with the yogurt!!! good thing we were home bc our bellies let us know immediately. needless to say we had upset bellies all night that night): so today we decided hey let's try again and hopefully the smoothie maker will be honest... good thing we didn't hold our breath! once again we got all the way home to sit down and sip only to discover they put the yogurt in AGAIN! they didn't even say anything this time! that's TWICE we paid for smoothies with pecan ice cream and did not get ONE pecan! on top of the that we have 2 smoothies gone to waste bc we can't stomach them never going back. don't even deserve ONE star for DISHONESTY disgusting read more
