A few of the girls who work in here are super sweet and I think overwhelmed most of the time due to being short staffed, but how can you expect to stay in business and always be out of fruit? The customer service at this location is atrocious. I came in today (I usually avoid this location). Per usual, I am never greeted when I come in anytime I come into this store. The workers are either on the phone texting and or not very friendly and often times have a bad attitude. There have been numerous times where I've not received the correct order that I asked for and when I asked to fix it, I'm always getting snap back // snarky responses. I don't normally have this issue at any other Smoothie King locations. I then asked to speak to the manager and the young lady asked me "why do I need to know" . I will never be returning back to this location. I wanted to really give it a shot, but the customer service is terrible. Finally stopped by to see what all the hype was about. Super glad that we did. Have been there several times now, always great service and quality smoothies. The store was clean. Service sometimes was a little bit slower, but that's to be expected when you have online orders coming through along with people walking in. This place was a HORRIBLE experience. My order was done terribly wrong. I told them and they took my food back with rude comments. I waited for 2 hours for my order so I told the workers and they just laugh and said whoops my bad. They went back to work and when I received my order it was wrong again. I then asked for a refund and they denied it. But I noticed that they favorited the white couple behind me. So then I walked off with a wrong order with no refund. I was very disappointed. I decided to try the food since I had no other option and the food was absolutely gross and was made in a messy manner. I've been going here for so long and visit once a week or more. Smoothies are great and the establishment is really clean which I appreciate. Only thing that I've noticed is the service has been going down unfortunately. I've come in and wasn't greeted at all, the employee just came out from the back and stood at the register staring at me. In fact, a few days ago I also was served a smoothie that was completely covered on all the sides in smoothie, wasn't offered a napkin, and then there were no napkins at the counter so I asked for one and showed the smoothie cup drenched on the sides, the employee handed me a small paper towel and walked away without saying anything. Such a shame because this place is so good and the service has only been recently going downhill. Moved to area recently and have been here twice. Good smoothies and have had good luck with workers! Very helpful and nice. Was here late one night and seen employees cleaning behind coolers and around floors. That's Awesome ! Alot of places don't take the time for cleanliness anymore ? Great job ! Royally fucked up the drink. Just 2 strawberry activators. I paid online and when my bf went in to pick up, mind you we were there 10 minutes after the pick up time, it wasn't ready and neither was the persons drinks before us. You would think after paying $23 for two drinks it would at least have all the ingredients in it. I've gotten the same drink multiple times and this time it was so off. If someone could add a powder to make a drink blander than a communion wafer they did it. We had to add more strawberries and sugar just to be able to drink it. read more

Great smoothies and fast! Twice I ordered on the app and it said 7 minutes til pickup. I parked, put my mask on and it was ready and waiting for me to grab. Only had to be in there 10 seconds tops. Smoothies taste GREAT. I could have one every day. Glad we have one nearby. read more

Smoothies are great, but the teen that took my order was not properly trained or didn't know what she was doing. I mentioned to her before paying that I have my card on the app, so when I scan my phone for rewards it was going to pay for my order automatically. She just nodded her head no and I took it as my card didn't go through and payed her cash. I saw a receipt come out of the receipt machine they have there and then she gave me another receipt. So then after I was just waiting for my smoothies to be ready, and she was looking at like she knew she did something wrong. I walked out and asked my boyfriend to check his bank account and they did charge his card and I payed cash. I went back to get my refund and she wanted to give me back what they took out of my card instead of just giving me the cash back. So I asked her you can't just give me the cash back?
