It's located right on the main street, so it's easy to spot. The service was fast, but the americano tasted a bit watery and lacked depth. Fine for a desperate caffeine fix, but not my first choice read more

1. Over 20 min wait for online order. 2. No silverware available for hot grilled chicken bites. 3. No access to sink or bathroom. Told "bathroom is locked and not available". Florida law specifically requires public food-service establishments to maintain public bathroom facilities in accordance with the Florida Building Code. Florida Administrative Code goes further: bathroom facilities must provide "easy and convenient access to both customers and employees". 4. Avoid this dump! read more

You want a smoothie to make you be fit, be well, or feel energized? Come to Smoothie King. Or maybe you want to enjoy a smoothie as a treat, support your GLP-1, or manage your weight...then come to Smoothie King. Located in the Northridge Shopping Center, Smoothie King has a variety of smoothies which are freshly blended to meet your health & fitness needs. There is also a variety of add-ins, smoothie bowls, refreshers, healthy snacks, and protein blend/supplement powders. The business was quiet as I entered. I carefully looked at the menu posted on the wall and placed an order for a 32oz Island Impact smoothie which was made with mangoes, pineapple, juice blend of papaya and apple pineapple, and protein blend. It was thick, fruity, and tasty. Halfway in drinking the smoothie, I was starting to feel full. I assume these smoothies can be used as a meal replacement in case you've skipped a meal. Customer service was pleasant. I may check this place out again when I'm in the area. read more

Placed a mobile order to go thought I would try their new combo with the flatbread and a smoothie. Got there 10 minutes after placing my order expected to wait maybe five minutes because they say it takes 10 to 15 minutes. No one greeted me but that wasn't too much of a big deal to me. They could be busy and not have seen me as I was waiting at the pick up counter for 15 more minutes, which is ridiculous. Mind you there was no one in the store other than two other people, and they already had their drinks and they were just dining in and drinking their smoothies. They never once asked me what I was waiting on and wouldn't make eye contact with me, but when other people came in to pick up mobile orders, they were more than happy to ask them. Oh what are you waiting on? Is this your order and people who came in after me and ordered in person and got their food before me. Probably some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, especially from a Smoothie King. To top it off my flatbread was just mushed in the bag..... read more

It's so hot outside so went to get a smoothie wow I got a large hulk with chocolate and banana it hit the spot

As smoothies go, it is a decent spot! The menu has a decent variety, although these are not necessarily the freshest and healthiest smoothies on the block. The sizes started at 20oz and go up from there. Their prices have also gone up, but on Fridays you can score a deal. I probably would have given an extra star, but service is lacking. Having an employee on a personal call as you are standing right in front of them, feeling like you are interrupting them, deducted a star. In general service is hit or miss at this location. read more

So many options. Smoothie King menu is broad and boosters are plentiful. You can order from their preset menu (it's great) or create your own. They now offer bowls and breakfast toast options. Smoothie King is okay. It's not bad, it's not great, it's okay. The drinks are tasty and may or may not be healthy (I'm not a dietician so I don't know). The prices are a bit high, in my estimation, but that's probably why I don't get them very often. This place is clean and they are taking precautions to ensure they don't spread the virus. This is a good thing. The people behind the counter were nice enough and my drink was the right flavor (peanut butter, how hard can that be?). I like Smoothie King but I have yet to find anyone here doing anything to make it better than just okay. read more

I used to order from this place practically everyday. until these new hires who don't car for any smoothie they make. I spent $26 on 3 smoothies and they all came out sour I requested a refund and was told one was done and to wait three days. after three days passed I call them because I received no refund and was told only a manager could do that and I would be getting a call from the manager. she called a day later and I explained my experience and she urged me that she would train her employees better and to come in for 3 free smoothies. I told her thank you but no thank you I want the refund I was told already happened not free smoothies I can't give to my family who visited from out of town. she told me corporate had installed a new system and she would give me a call back. I am still waiting on that call. the Store: smoothies are never made to specifications and attitude is given when requesting a remake or that the smoothie is too watery. the store: is pretty fast when making the smoothie but at what expense, quality and taste. smoothie king is right next door to my home so I felt obligated to order from here but never again! Employees have lied on multiple occasions and ruined smoothies on multiple occasions. read more

I placed an online order for curbside pick 20 minutes before I got there, when I pulled up I still waiting in the car for about 5 minutes no one came out. So I decided to walk in my order wasn't even done. There was 1 employee at the front. Before me there for 2 other people and after me a couple walked it. So the first employee, stopped for a sec and went to the back to get 2 other people that supposed to be working. I don't get that. Someone from corporate need to retrain their employees or something. Like no one wants to work there read more

Love this place, friendly staff and fresh delicious smoothies. The smoothies work well as quick pick me up meal replacement when I'm too busy working to have a sit down meal. And of course $5 Friday's. Whats not to love? Any 32 oz smoothie all day any time! I also appreciate the various options available. Vegan to banana boat smoothies with mryiad of protien and diet supplements you can add on. They also have an app that I have yet to take advantage of, but today I came by with a coworker who has it and we received a couple dollars off my smoothie. Seems like a simple point accumulating system from your purchases that lead to discounts and other great promotions. read more

I visit this location of Smoothie King most frequently. Often I don't know exactly what I want to order and the staff always goes to great lengths to make sure I find exactly what I want. Also, recently I've been taking a friend to Smoothie King and he had some specific requests. The staff made sure he got a custom smoothie that was good enough that we went back the next day for a repeat order. Smoothie King is a great place for healthy pre-workout or post-workout smoothies, as well as meal-replacement smoothies. What I find is that the staff does an incredible job of making sure you have a great visit. So, while the store is great, the thing that really stands out is the very well-trained and very friendly staff. read more

I always look forward to a quality smoothie with smoothie king. Today, a young lady named Valerie assisted us and really dropped the ball. She was very distracted with her airpods and her phone the entire time, having us repeat our order of two items multiple times and still messed up the order only making one. When she went to fix our order and make the second, there was no apology and she continue to check her phone and make gocking faces at it, completely distracted. read more

I love coming to this location very fast paced and the smoothies taste amazing. Will definitely keep coming back !!!!!!

Ok I mean it's smoothie king so the menu isn't bad but the customer service at this particular location sucks. You can tell everybody here hates their job. They have a tip jar sitting up front by the register today & when I came in to order smoothies I left a tip right in front of the cashier she clearly saw me doing it because I was counting my dollars as I was trying to figure out how much to put in the jar and she watched me put it in the jar didn't even say thank you or anything. Just really sad they're like this . I'm always going to be a returning customer but I'm probably never gonna tip again . read more

My endless obsession with smoothies ... I love this location. Centrally located on commercial highway this place is in the rather large Plaza going towards 6th Avenue. Each and every time Ive come there's never a wait and if there's one or two people in front of you there so quick!! I love all the customer service girls and guys they know what they're doing, they know their products very well and the smoothies come out superbly excellente!!!! The store is really clean very organized and the prep area is open so you can actually watch them make the smoothie. As you walk in they sell several herbal vitamins and minerals if you're into all that stuff. I think if they sold sandwiches this place would be rocksolid but it is a smoothie franchise so I doubt they ever will. I'm working my way through each smoothie, though I kind of always seem to want the same one which is the angel food! I need to give the others a chance. All in all *****stars read more

I love this place especially for my mango vegan kale which I use as a meal replacement to get me going in the morning! I love 5 dollar Fridays btw! Although this location is usually fast and quick and I'm in and out. Maybe they can work on being a little bit more friendly. Not saying anyone rude or mean but a smile here and there won't hurt from the ladies. :) otherwise no other negatives. Recommended read more

My husband walked in and placed the order and when he brought it back to the car of course our 4 year old wanted some so my husband walked back inside to ask for a small Empty cup the cashier was very rude and told him the cups are not free. I thought maybe she did not understand his question, I went inside and as I stood at the counter waiting to be greeted the cashier passed off a cup with ice to a leaving employee. I then asked can I have a small empty courtesy cup for my daughter. Both the lady's behind the counter told me no and even grabbed a manager who gave me a sob story and told me they were for sale only. I am a paying customer no way I should get that much trouble over a plastic cup. Ending result was NO CUP. I will never give SMOOTHIE KING ANYMORE OF MY MONEY. That was petty and uncalled for. read more

I love smoothies and haven't been to Smoothie King for a couple of months so I was really looking forward to enjoying a refreshing smoothie. I was incredibly happy to see that it was not busy when I entered. The employees acknowledged me and I told them that I needed a quick minute to decide which smoothie I would like. When I was ready, I let the employee know and she told me to give her a minute. She wasn't assisting a customer, she was cleaning. I was immediately turned off by the fact that she had me waiting to finish cleaning as opposed to assisting me with my order right away. I ordered a 32 oz Passion Passport smoothie. I've had this smoothie before and recall it being really good. I'm not sure if mine just wasn't prepared correctly but it was extremely sugary. Not only that, I asked her to make it a bit thicker than usual and it seems like she made it the opposite of what I requested. The smoothie was so thin, it started to get watered down so quick. I was disappointed at the service and quality of the smoothie I ordered because I do really like Smoothie King. read more

Here today getting a 40oz peanut butter smoothie with Almond milk.... the vegan way. Fast friendly service for a quick on the go meal.

This location is the worst. I live nearby and would like to get a smoothie every day before work, however, that is impossible. Their posted hours show an opening time of 6:30 AM. I wish that was the case. The store is never ever open at 6:30 AM. The blending of the smoothies is hit or miss and so is the service. I really wish that this store would get their act together. It's almost seems that the franchise owner does not care one bit. I have complained to corporate and have yet to hear back. You will have better luck and service if you choose another location. read more

Worst. Service. Ever. A smoothie store with no bananas was bad enough. The eye rolls from the employee were worse. And the arguing with the customers. Why wouldn't they walk next door to the grocery store and buy some bananas? Their answer, we just work here we don't own it. So they can't make a small decision to buy some bananas without talking to the owner? Shame on you. read more

Just went to get a large smoothie which took them about 20 minutes to make. When I got there the cashier took my order and took my 11$ walked away never completed transaction didn't see her for about 15 mins but only the change being 47 cents I didn't worry about it but never completed transaction. I went to get my phone out of the car and came back to nobody making my drink even though there is 7 employees in the store just sitting around. I'm a regular smoothie king customer but I never come to this location. I will not be returning until management does something about this. read more

Went in for a smoothy, after ordering the smoothy this lady who looked like she just rolled out of bed and smelled funny, who was working the register, I asked her to use the bathroom, she informed me that I had to go to the noodle house another business about a 4 minute walk from her establishment. After walking over to the noodle place and finding out it was closed I had to walk back to smoothy king. At that point I told the cashier that I needed to cancel my order so I can go use a bathroom. ( unfortunately I could not wait) at that time she opened the bathroom door while laughing at me. If I owned this place I would definitely fire this cashier. Obviously she did not want to be there and just rude all around. If you want to view the tapes I was there at 9:55am. I'll never enter that place again. Awful experience. read more

It's honestly a shame that the owner or management can't staff a smoothie joint correctly. Unfortunately it's the closest location to me. And I have had to put up with their pathetic service for so long. There's always one person working complaining about how the others called out. The line is backed up. The miserable look on the person's face. One time I even had a plastic bag blended into my smoothie. Finally today I just got sick of it and walked out. I will drive to the pompano location from now on. This location is god awful. read more

I give good tip of $4-5. . But this smoothie place she was rude and gave me a mini cup. I said no thank you. I want a bigger cup. She said no. I said I want the manager.
