It was convenient to get to and order online (stuff was ready when I arrived). The place is very cute and clean (including bathrooms)! The worker said they had just opened last week too. We got the sunshine smoothie and the blueberry bliss smoothie, açaí bowl, and a flatbread. Everything tasted fresh and good! Worth the price! I wanted a light smoothie and this fit the spot since it's water and ice based. The 3 ladies there were so sweet and friendly (I went on 9/27 around 6:45 pm) and I think one of them was a manager based off of the different shirt. I will certainly drop by again when driving through.

Maybe get your ice cream elsewhere because they are overpriced for you not to go into your own oasis in every bite. Also, the to-go lids have an opening at the top of them which, in my opinion, defeats the purpose of the contents not spilling when you are on the go. Also, terrible service. They were not busy. One guy was behind the counter and didnt say a word to me other than to tell me my bill. You are as good of a business as the people you have representing it. There are a couple of gas station fridges where they keep a few things, ginger beer, a few organics, typical health store fare. I quickly started to peruse through their selection of essential oils, which wasn't extensive either. I had opened a vial of pine oil, not noticing it wasn't a tester bottle, which nearly every health store should be carrying alongside the new bottles. The woman pointed out a small sign under the cabinet that patrons were to buy any oils they opened. I smiled at first thinking shed let me off the hook, but I didn't get that impression from her. I told her she should seriously consider buying the tester bottles, she agreed. I was a lil irritated at this point for being stuck with purchasing an item I wasn't even there for, and wasn't enthusiastic about spending more of my money there. The blaring religious music, some Gregorian nightmare, didn't help. Thankfully, I started chatting with another clerk, a younger woman who was lovely and helpful. I had decided on a bar of tea tree oil soap, which lathered wonderfully, and smelled great. Prices were typical of similar places. I have yet to find another with an equal selection in Jefferson county, besides HEB Plus on Dowlen in Beaumont

In a rush to complete it, the staff quickly put the strawberry donuts together, causing icing to run everywhere in the boxes. By the time I arrived to my destination, the icing had melted because they did not have the chance to set, and the donuts no longer looked pink, which defeated the purpose of having them for a themed event. What made the experience worse was the lack of customer service. There was no apology, just a comment that I'd "only have to wait a few minutes," as if it wasn't a big deal. For a pre-order placed more than a day in advance, that response was disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better care and attention, especially since these donuts were meant to help bring awareness to an important cause.
