This location is amazing. Wonderful staff and great management! Highly recommend. 11 out of 10.

Tayrucker was awesome and this place has great service ... out of town on business and definitely found a good spot for my smoothie fix.

long wait to order, long long wait for your food. I work very close and love a good Krystal. I give this store a chance every year or so. Hoping the one of these years they will get new management. Always an excuse as to why it takes so long. read more

I ordered one of the smoothie toast combos. Add egg and add extra everything topping. What did I get egg with chili flakes. I didn't fucking order chili flakes. What the fucking fuck read more

Smoothie King - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

Expect nothing less than a 30 minute wait. I've never once had fast service here. They rarely take the orders at the drive through, they always make you redo it at the window. It always seems like they never have any idea what is going on. It's like it's every single person's first day everyday. Sometimes you will need to repeat your order two or three times. Honestly you could go to a store, buy all the ingredients including a blender and make it at home in less time that you would spend in line here. It's not worth it at all. read more

We stopped into this Smoothie King for a treat while visiting Nashville on NYE. Not only were the smoothies great, the employees behind the register were very sweet and the recommendations we received were all hits. I accidentally made a little mess of a spill and they were so gracious about it. It was just a moment out of the day but it was nice to receive good vibes at the end of a hard year, going into a new one. Thank you to the crew at this location for their kindness and the very good smoothies. read more

I ordered ahead online, but still took a while to make it since there was only 1 employee working at the time (around 12, not sure if everyone was on their lunch break?). I saw people driving away from the drive through since the wait was so long. Would recommend ordering far ahead on the app / online. Since it was Friday, he gave me a free upgrade to a larger size which I thought was nice. Many different options to customize the drinks. I tried the blue spirulina, which gave my drink a really pretty bright blue color. read more

the smoothies we're good but horrible service and they took forever they put dairy in my drink i'm severely allergic to dairy

Check your receipt! They added a tip without my authorization in the drive through! My bill sounded high and when I asked for my receipt, they panicked and said they couldn't print me one. I asked for another employee to print one for me and I saw where a tip had been added without my authorization. Very unethical. read more

Service sucked, very rude in drive thru, told me they didnt have what i wanted even though it said online they had it, rude attitude, took my card and payment not at the window... suspicious Food-smoothie was good. Ambiance sucked read more

I would be so upset if I was the owner of this location. Literally waited for 30 mins just to order since online was unavailable. After ordering it took another 15 mins to get my smoothie. There were 3 employees in there 'working' and zero people inside so it makes no sense to take so long. Making 4 smoothies an hour isn't a sustainable business model. read more

Smoothie King - Employees just standing around not working - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

This location consistently takes longer than any other Smoothie King in town or anywhere else I've been to. If you're in the drive through, expect to wait for a significant amount of time. read more

I placed an order through the app as I do normally- I got to the drive-through and sat for more than 20 minutes and when I finally got up to the window - I said that I had an order on the app and he told me that they weren't taking any orders on the app that they had closed ordering because of staffing issues. So I had wasted almost a half hour of my morning and had to go straight to work and didn't have time to go anywhere else. The employee told me that I'd have to reach out to Smoothie King for a refund since I did it online. It took 3 phone calls and 10 emails and 35 days to get a response from Smoothie King. It took another 5 days to get the refund. As a customer - is simply giving me my own money back for something I didn't get - and not having that money for 40 days - an adequate response? I would have expected like "we are sorry, we will have that processed immediately and here's a $25 gift card for all your time you spent just trying to get your money back since we didn't even ever respond to you until your 10th email." But, nope. The regional or district manager reached out to me and let me know that he had processed the refund and that if there was anything else he could do to let him know, but then when I responded, he never responded back. I thought, yes, you put in a request for a refund, but that literally the LEAST you could do. How many people send an email and never get a response? Just wanted to share my feedback as a regular customer who is searching for new places to get my smoothies. Edit to add after their response: ummm, it took 10 emails to get a response and more than a month, telling me to email you and the same place is quite hilarious! read more

can't make a smoothie to save their lives. went twice, both times they took more than 20 minutes FOR A SMOOTHIE and they tasted awful. non coffee fruit smoothie had coffee in it, asked for peanut butter, TWICE got a smoothie with no peanut butter. Girl who took my order just stopped talking half way though and some guy had to finish it. read more

Made an online pick-up order at 1:00pm, didn't receive it until 1:35 on a Sunday. Recently moved to the neighborhood to try it. The service is disappointing. read more

Slow slow slow. One person working. Only the drive thru opens. Waste of time. I have no idea if the smoothies are good because it would take 45 minutes to get one. read more

Killing me smoothie king. One location I get terrible service so I start coming to this one. They have a drive thru with a very welcoming voice. Then nothinggggggg. 2 times in a row I have come an no response on the intercom. 1st time I finally pulled up after 5 cars backed up behind me. The guy said they stopped doing intercom due to crowd in the store. I said can u take my order here now. Oh sure nobody is in here now...2nd time no answer for 5 min so I left. Love ur smoothies...can't stand ur customer service. So sad BTW stop asking for tips the service like this read more

Pulled into the drive through 45 minutes before close to order an açaí bowl and an employee mumbled over the microphone that they couldn't serve me because it was 30 minutes until close. It's one thing to no longer serve an item on the menu past a certain hour, but it's another thing to treat the customer like they're the problem refusing their business without an apology. I've worked in food service and I've worked long hours and it's ridiculous to refuse service the last hour of a shift you signed up for. read more

This location is so very horribly ran! They are constantly out of ingredients, they make the bowls half full. They don't turn off the Uber eats capability that allows orders so the drivers show up to a store without ingredients. I just do t understand this logic of running a business. If you have no ingredients, shut down. read more

When coming to this location after getting off of work, I was told that they stop making things between 15-30 minutes before closing so that they can close on time. As this was my only time I could come, I rushed to get here a little over 15 minutes before they close and wasn't able to get anything. so pretty much they close at 8:30! read more

I don't get why they are even in business. Nobody behind the counter cares at all about their job. Unfriendly service. Like "what the eff are you doing here inconveniencing me for" vibes. The place is dirty. Seemed woefully understaffed. Will not be back. read more

Absolutely terrible service. You can't order at the front counter. The workers see you there and just completely ignore you. So resort to ordering online. I waited 30 mins they were busy so I was being nice. Nothing went up asked if they had my name, they did waited another 10 nothing. They don't know how to cancel orders on their own. Terrible service need new workers or hire more. Ridiculous. read more

Another sweltering afternoon in Nashville and I was craving something cool and refreshing, but substantial. I've passed this place a million times while driving to work and decided to finally give it a shot. There were a few cars parked and three of us on drive thru. I scoped out their online menu before ordering- when I tried to find the blueberry heaven option on the main board, it was nowhere to be found. Their drive thru menu board is very chaotic... I had to pull up the online version mid order. Service was very very fast, prices are very reasonable, and smoothie was very tasty. Will definitely return to indulge in more delicious treats before summer ends! read more

Love smoothie king! However, not a fan of this location. Was treated very rudely and smoothie wasn't greatly blended, hope staff improves!

They've messed up my order the past 3 times I've been there. The first time I told them politely it wasn't what I ordered, so they made me a new smoothie & the new one was still wrong. Went again the next day & it was another wrong smoothie. I'm not sure if they got new staff or what but I have not been impressed as of late. read more

I know Smoothie King is a chain, but it was my first time actually ordering something from here. A couple friends were in town all week for the NFL Draft. Needless to say I had a couple wicked hangovers, and Smoothie King offered the perfect cures. Not really sure what I ordered but it was heavy on the passion fruit and greens. So to summarize this place is a good spot after a long night. read more

Drinks are good but the girl with blue hair today got a stank attitude and she was the only worker who wasn't wearing a mask. The moment I ordered, she just seemed like she really hated her job and was pretty rude to me for no reason. No customer service whatsoever. It's pretty easy to just be nice to customers lol. Trust me, it'll make your life a bit easier at work and less miserable. read more

Most of the workers here don't even care to pretend about decent customer service. 9/10 times you'll be met by someone who acts as though you're inconveniencing them by ordering something and having them do their job. This location is also constantly out of ingredient. read more

On September 12th, 2020 my husband and I visited this location, we walked in versus going through the drive-thru. It was clear the drive thru was busy, we were patient as one of the employees took our order however. The young man was not very friendly and didn't communicate that he was ready to take my order, but I figured everyone has a bad day. When our order was ready, this same young man didn't tell us, but let us stand in the store for about 5 mins unknowing to the fact that our smoothies were ready. My husband finally noticed that he placed our smoothies on the counter. This young man would have let us stand there all day if my husband hadn't noticed. The manager of this location needs to hire employees with better communication skills or train on the importance of communication with the customers. read more

Just came through the drive through at 1pm in the afternoon and was told that they were not taking any orders because they were doing a catering order. This is a larger franchise and the management should be able to handle regular orders during regular business hours and get extra help for large catering orders. Disappointed in service here and not being able to order at such a large business at a normal time. read more

Got here at 8:10am. The website and door say they open at 8. Sat in the drive through for about 10 minutes and no one said anything. Drove around the building and there are employees inside. Don't say you open at 8 if your employees don't intend to start working at 8. read more

This location is the best Smoothie King in the area. The staff is always very friendly and make awesome suggestions about the various menu items. I routinely get the same smoothie each visit and it has never let me down yet. There is also a police station nearby so I always feel rather safe at this location!!!! read more

Smoothie King - a smoothie cup with a straw - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

I arrived at 7:40p.m. before closing on a Sunday evening with 4 different smoothies to order. In an effort to be easy and clear with my order I decided to go inside to place it rather than drive through. There was a sign posted on the door that read "Dining Room closes at 8:00 p.m." however the door was already locked. I drove to the window bypassing the microphone to order since no other customers were there and when I got there I had to knock several times before a visibly frustrated employee came to the window. He then questioned why I didn't use the microphone and told me that if I was ordering more than 3 smoothies at the drive through, protocol was to come inside to order. I explained the obvious which was that I tried to do the right thing and then he argued with me in a very inappropriate way before calling a coworker to come help because he had a complicated order. Smoothies were tasty but the cold, unwelcoming service was not. I'm sure that customers showing up on Sunday evening as you're closing is not what a tired employee wants to see but I'm sure it's what the owner wants. Service until the store closes right? read more

Absolute worst SK I have ever been to. I will never go back to this location. The last couple times I have been, I could smell weed coming out the back of the building. I would advise to go to another location. read more

Even if it takes you a half hour to get to another smoothie king you're probably better off. Just waited a half hour for my shake while they finished orders for everyone who came in after me and the drive through. Go to the store on Hillsboro. That guy knows what he's doing. These people don't. read more

I enjoy SK very much, but this particular location could've just been a paid parking lot. The employees are unfocused and exhibit poor training. The cell phones in constant use in the store received more attention than the lackluster smoothies being made. Unfortunately, I have to recommend that using another location is best or choose a more professional establishment. read more

The parking lot is poorly designed which causes a lot of difficulty during their "rush" hour. Service is terribly slow and employees are not pleasant and clearly have had little to no customer service training. read more

Really disappointed with this location. Just moved here from Hermitage and was looking forward to having a Smoothie King just a few blocks away. We probably visit SK once a week. So far, of our 6 visits to this location, or order has either been wrong or just not made well 3 of the times. The staff is friendly, but seems to be untrained and a bit disorganized. read more

I don't know why all of the Smoothie Kings in this city are worthless but this one might be the worst. Multiple workers standing inside and refusing to take your order at the window because their drive thru speaker is broken. They demanded you get out of your car and come in but people with pets and kids can't do that. Absolutely no customer service and they turned away 3+ cars business because of this. read more
