So I decided to go and I took one of our kids with us. to my surprise there are so many amazing options inside. Because it is a nutrition store. All the prices are a lot, so definitely keep that in mind. We went to go, fill up our spice containers to try to reduce our waste and use it. It did end up being a lot more costly, or than what I was expecting. I'm not sure if it was because of what I got or the size but I got five spices filled and it cost about $35. They do have different cells inside which is nice. You can always look around and see what sale interest you. The workers are also extremely nice and informative. Highly suggest checking this location out.

What I thought would be a great experience was anything but. Let me preface again that this was my first time. When I walked in, there was no hello. Just complete silence. Since she wasn't going to speak first, I decided to help her out. I noticed there were several options to choose from but didn't realize there weren't any to create your own. Ultimately, I went with a kids size chocolate love. I took out a few ingredients and added protein and blueberries, which put me at 15.00 and some change. After she got done with my order, she placed it on the counter and walked off. She didn't even wait to hand it to me. Before you ask, it was just me in there until one person came and got their to-go order and she couldn't have been more nice to them. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day (at 8:50 am) or what other circumstances affected her inability to be cordial but her attitude was piss poor and there was nothing I did to warrant that treatment. Period.

The bread had a nice toast to it, but it needed some type of butter or seasoning to give it more taste. The Just Egg and sausage honestly tasted like they came straight from the freezer. I ordered sriracha sauce on the side, but it didn't pair well with the sandwich at all. The coffee drink was okay--nothing special. I would've preferred it sweeter, but that's more of a personal preference. The biggest disappointment was that the sandwich didn't sit well with my stomach afterward. Overall, I was very disappointed with the food despite the great service. Again the customer service was great the food not so much. I regret ordering what I did and so did my stomach. I need to just try the smoothie and no food.

We contacted them and on day one notified them that we sold on Amazon. We were informed that not only where they a GMP facility, they also confirmed that they work with "several" Amazon sellers. After they collected over $10,000 from my company we learned that they not only did not work with "several" Amazon sellers, they in fact did NOT have an accredited GMP certificate. After over 3 months of them kicking the can down the road and saying that they were actively working to resolve my issue, they finally came back with their solution. Their solution was for my company to pay an additional $8000 to get Cheryl's Herbs accredited. Yes you read that correctly. They want MY company to pay for them to become accredited so that they can make products under the guidelines required when we bought from them. Just know that their GMP is worthless when it comes to 3rd party verification. We are now left holding the bag after all their empty promises.

I never walk around Concord Plaza since it's more of a park and run into your destination type of shopping plaza, but this day, I took a lap and discovered what might be the best little health food store in the area. Mind you, this isn't difficult since this area really isn't known for their great health food stores. This place is small, but they have a huge array of great little foods. Most things in the store are completely organic, and if you are looking for something in particular, the woman behind the counter was more than happy to help me find it. In fact, she was great about suggestions for things. While I was studying for the bar, my stomach was more or less in a knot for 2 months and I needed something to help me relax, she pointed me in the right direction and all the stuff she gave me really did help me sleep better and made me just FEEL better. It was a nice thing to do for myself and completely worth the cash.
