I just came back from the drive up window at Smoothie King. The employee, Isabella tried to pocket my three dollars worth of change. When I asked her for my money back she said, "Oh, I thought you said you were going to leave me a tip." I never said any such thing. After she handed me back my three dollars which she was palming; I said, "no". I then drove away. I tried contacting them, but they didn't answer the phone. come here, literally every week and spend a minimum of $25-$30 each time. Because we come here so often, I know exactly how the smoothies taste when they made correctly. My smoothie was made completely wrong - it was obvious they put in way too much ice for the ratio of the mix. It was so icy. The color wasn't even the normal dark brown color that it should be. It was a light frosty white and they were giant almond pieces in the smoothie-- I couldn't even suck them up the straw. I did not have the time to go back and immediately tell them because I had to get to work so I decided I would just try calling them - I called every hour wondering if maybe their phone lines were just temporarily down because nobody would answer the phones. I simply wanted it to be noted that this was not drinkable and that I wanted them to replace it with my usual order that I love. I decided I would go in today and see if they would replace the smoothie that was not correct. Instead, the general manager, "Gavin" accused me of lying --saying there was no way he could prove I didn't drink the smoothie-- any smart general manager would have looked at my loyalty account and saw just how much money we spend in a month alone at Smoothie King to determine I'm not out for a free handout, I just want what I paid for. A smart general manager would also recognize that camping. A smoothie once for me would ensure that I would be continuing to frequent that location and spend every single week. Because of the horrible customer service we will be going to the 7 mile location instead, which is a shame as this one is closer to our house. What's really sad is that it was the general manager who spoke to me so poorly and unprofessionally and I'm hoping eventually their regional team will realize that they have the wrong people in those positions if this is how they handle loyalty patrons. I just want to start by saying I am not a fan of smoothies. I've had a mango one once years ago from church but every smoothie after that was downright horrible. I had no choice but to go in to Smoothie King today, and reluctantly told the employee about not liking smoothies but I like strawberries and kiwi. She whipped me up THE BEST SMOOTHIE EVER!!!! 02/29 @ 11:09AM, By far the WORST Smoothie King location, I've been here twice and each time I'm there, it takes forever for someone to talk on the speaker. I started to question if they were even open. There was no one ahead of me either so it was very confusing. the girl who finally greeted me was the complete opposite of friendly. When I finally got to the window to get my smoothie, i could hear her talking to someone, I'm assuming she had an AirPod in and was on the phone because I didn't see any other employees with her... but she was definitely having a conversation. I said hi to her and she didn't respond, she just handed me something that looked like an icee from 7Eleven. So I asked her if the smoothie could be blended more to be smoother because it was very icy. She didn't apologize, or acknowledge the problem, she just looked at me with irritation and then took the smoothie and walked off. I've never written a review of a business before in my life. BUT TODAY IS THE DAY! 0/5!!!!!!! The employees have attitudes and then they're giving us BELOW STANDARD SMOOTHIES. I drove off without getting my smoothie re-done because her attitude was so foul I couldn't trust her actions. I love the Smoothie King brand but this location is just bad. read more

This place used to be fine even with rude employees who refused to say how are you or have a good day. But in the last month everytime I go here the wait averages 20 minutes with no cars or 1 car in front of me. It takes forever for someone to come to the speaker for the drive thru and for one drink it somehow takes them 15-20 minutes to complete. Not sure if it lack of training or poor managers or what but I do not go here anymore. Worst service I've ever seen especially for a drive thru, which should be quick. I ordered a smoothie through DoorDash. I got the smoothie and went about my day. About 30-45 minutes later I had only drank about 1/5 of the smoothie and started feeling sick. I got violently sick and then looked in the smoothie only to see it was covered in mold. I sent a inquiry to DoorDash and got the refund then called the restaurant to let them know something went bad. I'm not sure what people are complaining about, I'm a regular on the east side and was on this side of town and the ultra negative reviews and thought I'd have to see how terrible this place really is. I placed my order (everything went as usual), I got to the window and was greeted by a pleasant woman (again, totally normal), the price was about a dollar more than what I usually pay (prices fluctuate based on a host of factors so I get it), I got my drink and tried it and it was perfect (again, totally normal). So for all the negative reviews as far as I'm concerned this location meets the typical high standards the other locations do and if I'm on this side of town again I'll happily spend the extra dollar to swing by. read more

I'm giving them three stars because the smoothies are good but they are so slow making them and customer service is inconsistent. One time, I was told at the speaker that there would be a ten minute wait just to order. They often have you pull ahead to a space and wait, even when there's nobody in line behind you. I've been the only person in the drive thru several times when they asked me at the window what I ordered. Another time I ordered a 32oz smoothie and they only filled it about 3/4 of the way. It is Saturday 8/14/21 at 1:35pm and I just left this place. I'll start first by saying the smoothies are very good, this is my third time but my third one was made incorrectly, although still delicious. The drive through young lady today has a terrible attitude, wish I would have gotten her name to report to the manager. She asked me what I ordered and then I paid for my smoothie and then she started screaming to her coworkers asking where it was, stating that she made a F***ing Caribbean Way and where the F*** is it. She then turned back to me and told me to pull forward to which I calmly responded there isn't anywhere to go there are two cars in front of me waiting for their orders. This place was good for maybe a month when it first opened... I've had some great smoothies at this location so I know that the quality or service now is terrible. I have pulled up to an empty store to still wait in line for 10-15 mins for a poorly mixed smoothie. I've pulled up and was told they're out of ingredients for making smoothies. I've notice the same employee at the window taking my money with no gloves and then going back to the mixer to pour and give me my smoothie. All Very Unsanitary actions. I can't understand how something so simple to make can be an issue. I know I should've stopped going to this location after the 1st or 2nd mistakes but u see an empty line and it's like why not?? Enough said I'm done with this location and I feel it's a waste of space.
