A great pick me up after running a few miles nearby . This strip on Lemmon has a lot of variety to choose from. Smoothie king had just what I was looking for to satisfy my hunger needs and cool down . I was greeted with friendly and prompt service . Checkout was smooth. I grabbed a 32 ounce peanut power plus and it did not let me down whatsoever . The smoothie was very tasty and kept me full . I would definitely recommend if you are in the area. read more

Smoothie King, 3903 Lemmon Ave, Dallas, TX 75219. On the way to drop off my daughter at Love Field - Southwest Airlines - decided to make a quick stop. Guess it's been awhile... but never ever would I thought about Avocado Toast being a choice at the smoothie drive thru. Wow, was I surprised with the 9g high-protein and fiber snack. Fresh avocado spread, everything seasoning, and a delicious slice of the 8-grain toasted bread. Tastes so good. Fast, friendly service. read more

If you're black, you're asked to leave!!! Food sticks. Service is not good. Waited 30 min for food. No taste. No tip!

This was easily the best experience I've ever had at any establishment To start, the service was absolutely stellar! Not only that but the food was terrific, this is an amazing demonstration of culinary mastery Lastly the ambiance was something else, I mean the vibe was perfect from the lighting and even the noise was just perfect! Overall, this place was beyond great! read more

I just ordered 2 smoothies and a toast. They did not deliver the toast and I tried for 30 minutes to call and they would not answer thier phone. Last week they lost my "pick up" order and instead of making a new order, they said they would have to get manager's approval since the original order was paid for on-line. Manager was not available. This company is terrible and the smoothies are marginal. The only thing they have going for them is that they are close to my business. Service is terrible. read more

I came here on Friday and the drive through was long. It went by very fast though and got to the menu after maybe 10 minutes. I usually am able to order an off menu drink called the premama since they have all the ingredients, but they gave me an immediate no. I thought that was weird because other locations do it no problem. Regardless, I ordered another drink plus a boost. She repeated it back to me correctly but after getting my receipt the boost was wrong. It was still good either way. Okay service overall. read more

Another product of an absolutely crappy attempted service. Congratulations you have zero agency in your apologies aren't really needed because I mean pretty much garbage as much as just about to end up and you better start figuring this things out this is the third time the first time I didn't think so write a review but this is your third excuse to hear what it is this time. I'm sure it's not right management particularly find out with the issues I expect to find out this is unacceptable the next time it resonated a little bit deeper with what I have planned to let me know over to expectations of such Garbages. read more

This is basically one of the best Smoothie King's to pull up to. Their drive-thru has a sliding door and the employee steps out with your tasty beverage Out of the many times that I've been here they're usually very fast and efficient. If I was going to take off any points it would be because they're directly off of Lemmon Avenue. Which is pretty busy but you can just go back around the back side and exit that away gives you many more options to get out of the area. read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! The Lemmon Ave and Reagan St. Location is disgustingly BAD!!!! I witnessed an employee arrive to work late walked in and just started making smoothies. NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!!!! The other employee saw it too. "I " spoke up about it because that is out right filthy!!!!! Smoothie King had no strawberries, no peanut butter and no bananas. The employee that was working kept repeating that to people arriving in the drive thru. Most smoothies has bananas. This location is NOT a franchise. WHAT IS THE ISSUE HERE????? Then they have an option for tips.........tipping for what reason? I went inside and I am so glad I did. They also had issues opening on time but recently I'm going in later so I can't confirm that today. The young lady there in the morning is prompt, accurate and professional. Hopefully, Corporate office will notice the employee that REALLY wants to work and that has considered Smoothie King best interest. Customers keep the business open and employees employed!!!!!!!! Customers pay attention this should not be acceptable. It's out right wrong and not fair to paying customers . Smoothie King please do better; I use to truly enjoy your smoothies. I frequented Valley Ranch, Los Colinas, Lewisville, Greenville but Lemmon Ave. needs a lot of professional improvement. If not, close it down out of respect for innocent customers. That's the honest truth. The Business Manager responded as you can read . This is my response. Thank you, for responding in a positive and prompt manner. I will not call in AGAIN. I spoke with corporate and received a call back over a month ago. I explained my concerns but didn't know about the health issue at the time. Staff was aware of the health issue (not washing hands) when it happened. She was standing there and I pointed it out to her. I don't think there is anything else to report at this time. Moving forward I feel correcting the problem should be the right thing to do. I didn't report the issue for any reason other than for positive changes to be made .Thank you Smoothie King for positive feedback. I look forward to better service and a clean healthy location. read more

Once again, the morons that own/manage this location can't keep their app operational so they CAN'T COMPLETE AN ORDER and lose another sale. Super slow at at time of the day whether it's morning, noon or night. You have to really love smoothies or have no other close choice to stick it out at this particular location. Terrible service. I spend at least 15 minutes in line almost every time no matter if there are people in front of me or not. My rating on this is strictly because of the smoothies. They are still that good. That's probably why they treat the customer like trash at times. Don't come here if you're in a rush. read more

Updated: 11/29/18 - this location can speed up drive-thru service by providing customers their total at the initial order instead of waiting until they reach the window for order pickup. I think customers are looking for the proper funds and causing delays. Slow service via drive-thru. I visit a couple times a week. They often try to hand me the wrong smoothie and/or the wrong price. I may have to find a different location to patronize. The window staff are not polite nor using manners when addressing customers needs. Love this smoothie king BUT PLEASE BE AWARE this location is CLOSED FOR REMODEL and the app is garbage and still shows it open.

Horrible service, horribly made smoothie and they have repeatedly been randomly closed for unknown reasons.

No sense of urgency. Slow. Always has lines. No consistency with the shakes. Try another location.

I ordered today 3/25 at 12 noon and received the best service. The person taking my order was super friendly and listened to my order!

I can see why this location has such Low reviews. 30 minutes in the drive thru and still no one has taken my order. People are driving up andd walking in and getting their orders it's ridiculous. The last guy that pulled up and started laughing. Someone just came on the speaking and said sorry can u just pull up. I can't even leave the line because I'm stuck inside the turn. Now they take my order no discount or anything, have me wait another 5 minutes after 42 minutes. Last time at this location. I drive off and it's the wrong smoothie read more

This location makes great drinks. However, my only problem is when I choose to order here from Uber eats.. they never safety seal the drinks and I feel that this is a big issue. Due to the pandemic and the sometimes untrustworthy drivers, I feel as though this is a necessity that needs to be considered when making drinks for courier services such as Uber eats/Doordash etc. I wait about an hour each time, willingly, just to receive my drink and be rather skeptical on whether I should drink it or not. I order from the Pacific location and they never forget to seal the sides and the top straw hole, which guarantees freshness and safety. Please consider this if ordering from here on UE and paying about an extra $10+ wait. I'll be using another location from here on unfortunately. read more

Pulled up to drive thru - said they were not taking orders - they originally did not give a reason why. It's noon on a Thursday, so I was confused as to why they wouldn't be taking orders. I asked and they seemed irritated I even would ask why. They told me they were understaffed. I was very polite but their tone was very rude. Also, if you're not taking orders, maybe put a cone or something in the way. read more

I asked for a Slim and Trim with Chocolate protein. The person at the drive through asked me what fruit I wanted in it. I have never been asked that before and I order at least 1 time a week. I just sat in this drive thru for THIRTY MINUTES to finally get to the window and my drink still not be ready. then the lady doesn't acknowledge me until it's ready who is already being loud and joking about whatever drama her and the other girl are talking about when the window opens. i drive away and literally taste the sugar or powder or whatever is used in my smoothie which has never been an issue before. I love Smoothie King but always hate having to wait in line because it always takes awhile. I ordered my smoothie on the app and chose curbside so I wouldn't have to wait in line. I got in the designated area and called the number and the girl says "your order is ready. Please go through the drive through." Not only does that defeat the whole purpose of choosing curbside pickup, but it shows how lazy the workers are. I had to wait in line for 20 min because there were 7 cars ahead of me. By the time I got my smoothie it was warm and watered down. I got a 40 oz smoothie and couldn't even drink it and wasted $10. I tried calling the store but no one answered. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed in my experience here. read more

Smoothies are fine, but service is awful. Went today and waiting for over 15 min, with two cars ahead of me. Lessons learned; will not ever be back at this location. read more

Honestly, if you want to order from here, give yourself 30 Minutes or more between getting in line and getting your order. Even when there are two cars minimum it will take a LONG time. Also, the smoothies I get here taste different than what I get at other locations. Not sure if it's lack of staff but it never fails that each time I go through the drive through it takes over 30 minutes for a low quality smoothie. read more

I was in line 20 minutes before this location closed after coming from the one on Mockingbird who stated they were having system problems. There was a long line and I got to the box at 8:59 with only one car behind me. They had completely stopped taking orders but I still had to wait in the line until getting to the door and being told I could not order because the system shuts down right at 9pm. I worked for Smoothie King in the past and unless this is something new we always finished the line before closing. I spent a total of 35 minutes tonight waiting in line without getting anything. read more

I really feel like this location isn't designed to be successful. I get in line this morning with the drive through being full up to the ordering screen. I already understand that it will take a minute and I'm cool with that. I order my smoothie and by the time I get to the window to pay it's been 20 minutes. It's annoying, but it is what it is. Once I pay she hands me my card and tells me I have to pull around and Park to wait inside for my smoothie. If I wanted to come in then I would have done it in the first place. I just left because I didn't have another 10 minutes to wait on the inside. read more
