First let me start by saying that Gene is the only person who gave a damn about my satisfaction. They only person in the store who deserves any recognition for a job well done. He was very polite and he greeted me the SECOND time I went in the store ( I didn't see him the first time). He was upfront about not being too sure about the refund policy and asked me to hold for a manager... I appreciate that. He could have lied just to get me out of his face. Thank you Gene. When I went in the store the first time, no one greeted me AT ALL! No hello, how you doing, can I help you when you walk in the door. They just look at you like deer in headlights. These people can at the very least ask me what I want. Even at the register to order... nothing but silence. Rude AF they missed the customer service training sessions. And, the smoothie was nasty. I get the same thing every time I got to smoothie king (a difference location of course). This one didn't even taste like it had any coffee in it. I asked for a refund and the manager said my only option is a remake Just overall disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and drive to another location (unless Gene is there). read more

I love smoothie king!! Their protein smoothies and fruit smoothies are easily the best in CC. They are located in the best areas and it's always quick service. They constantly have deals and give away coupons so I rarely pay full price. If you don't know what to get, try the lean one with vanilla protein and peanut butter! You won't regret it. They also give away samples of preworkout at the gym and are so friendly. If you have questions about fitness, protein, or how eating delicious smoothies actually gets you shredded- they have answers!! I do have to warn you though, the smoothies are addicting! read more

After a light lunch I was craving a little sweet so I popped into SK. Upon arriving, the staff was so welcoming and attentive. My drink was delicious-Strawberry/Banana Gladiator and it hit the spot. They overcharge. The sign says one thing, but get ring you up for another price. I confronted the young worker and he said "well that's what it rang up as." Terrible customer service. My sister asked specifically for dairy free and they put whey powder in her drink. It's common knowledge that whey is dairy. At a place like this I would definitely expect them to know that. I'm not a big review person, but I have been going to this Smoothie King for several years now and felt like I needed to say what a Great group of people they have working here!! Everyone that works here makes you feel like you are their favorite customer! I don't know if they are paid really well or maybe it's something in the smoothies.,, but these are the nicest and friendliest group and I never mind spending my money here!! I went here with a couple of other people to pick up a race packet for the Slurry Skurry and got some smoothies in the same visit. It was our first time here. Overall, the staff was nice and friendly. The smoothies were good. Personally, I prefer Jamba Juice because they seem to have more fruit and vegetable options. But, Smoothie King seems to have more protein and energy options, and also some other healthy snacks. It really just depends on your preference, but both are good. So, I would recommend this place. You get a healthy drink/snack that tastes good and it sure beats just having some super sugary junk that you can get at a lot of other places. read more

My mom and I went for a smoothie and were the 2nd people in line. We ordered one smoothie each and got the same kind. While we were there it got kind of busy, maybe 5 or so people walked in behind us after we were already waiting for our order. I got my smoothie and then every other person got served before my mom got hers. We were there for a good 15 minutes before she finally got what she ordered. It was our first and last time there. by far my worst experience ever at a smoothie bar. took 20 mins for 2 smoothies after the gentlemen that took my order specifically told me it wouldnt take that long cause "its just a smoothie". then while making it right in front of me the employee realized that they did not put enough in the container so they just watered it down with tap water, twice! when i asked for a refund quietly the employee questioned why and told me that they water down every smoothie and no bodies complains. i told him that tap water wasnt on the list of ingredients for my smoothie he continued to patronize me and make a scene telling the next person in line sarcastically that they use tap water. the whole situation was handled poorly and at the prices that they are charging i believe that what they are doing is false advertisement, whitch would completely fall under terms for a lawsuit. obviously you guys are doing extremely well and are not going to change your practices. so go ahead and shrug this off like the Vatican shrugs off cases of pedophile. just know this corpus these people happily admitted that they water down every smoothie with tap water, they were actually quite proud of it so if you go there just know your paying 6 dollars plus for a tap watered down smoothie. n mention the employee that was just standing there looking at me like he wanted to fight me over a return, jesus christ bro! read more
