Have you ever had the experience of you CANT wait to write a review? That's me today. My experience at this Smoothie King has left me with all the feel goods thanks to Jeremiah and Jason. Impeccable service. And I loved how they worked so well together to serve me. I couldn't read the menu so I described what I wanted and Jason easily was able to help direct me. The smoothie was delicious! So many options it can be overwhelming but my vegan smoothie was DELICIOUS. Just ask for what you want and they will be sure to help you whether you're looking for high protein, vegan, fruit etc Smoothie King has you covered. Jeremiah and Jason went above and beyond during my visit. I'd come back to this one and bypass the one close to my house just to see them! Come check them out. read more

Shay the Manager gave me a call and after the conversation we had and she addressed all my issues I feel a lot better about coming to this location. She was very friendly and apologetic throughout the entire conversation. My husband went in to get a smoothie, he was greeted immediately, he kindly & QUIETLY greeted back. The lady working with the septum piercing then YELLED her greeting even LOUDER to make sure she was addressed properly just for A CUSTOMER to tell her he kindly said hello back. You don't know what people are going through before they come in your doors. Did he come here to spend his hard earned money or did you? Smoothie was mid, won't be back. Why are you closing early??!!! It literally takes a few minutes to make a smoothie. I know this cause I used to work at one. Please think about locking your doors 10 minutes before it's time to close. 5 minutes I can understand but 10? In that time someone such as myself who knew exactly what they wanted could have been in and out in 5 min or less. You're losing business for something so trivial. I typically go to this location waaaaay before closing time but seriously had a pregnancy craving for something a little healthier than the alternative. I can't say I won't come back a little close to closing time but whether I do or not, if your sign still says open, if your hours are posted for you to close at a certain time and I come before that time, if you all want to rake in every bit of customer/business you can, please think about your practices when it comes to closing. read more
