The only thing wrong with this place is the server. I'm coming to this movie king for years since they opened. And since They hired this young one African American lady or girl, I should say. I hate coming in here when she's working, especially when she's working. The register, the manager and most of the employees have a specific drink. They have set aside for me. I ask him the lady today. The young lady to change the flavor to coffee and just keep the drink the same with the proteins and the between. Everything she argued with me. About how I wanted her to do that, I realized that she was gonna cause a problem so I just had just given me a coffee expresso the way it ask her, how many cards were in the drink. Cause I have on this specific diet. And I have to have a certain measure of carbs and protein which everyone in here knows except her. She proceeded to tell me that was not her job to look it up. She handed me the book, which I do not know how to read hard book. Are you out the Smoothie King book on the cards and write down which I'm sure I could learn. But I've never had any other employee hand me the book. They always look it up. I assumed that that was their job. She said no, that's not my job to look that up and refuse to do it. Then she finally did it. For some reason I argue with you. Which was stupid on my part.. About looking Up the carbs cause I really wanted to know. Anyway, sadly to say made for a bad experience at my Baytown. Through the game where I live, I can rectify this problem your manager and I'll be other employees are fantastic. I always get 5 stars with this sad excuse for South movie king and poor I think she's for sure. She should be in the map back mopping, or if you'll have a warehouse. You could put around because she's not meant for customer service. I watched her weight on 2 other people. Not cracker, smile very depressed order, move on, not very welcoming it off. I went last week because I needed a banana smoothie and this kid that works there, I think his name was Ramiro or Romero, I asked nicely for my smoothie and he messed up my order, and made my smoothie all wrong.‍, I don't know if this was a mood of him, but I don't think it's respectful to treat your costumers that way. I used to love this place, but today I was beyond disappointed. I understand not allowing customers to use the restroom during this time, but not allowing a 2 year old toddler is absolutely appalling. A child can not hold their bladder like an adult. Making my daughter try to hold her bladder caused her great distress, she's was crying and throwing up and ended up wetting herself trying to find a bathroom. I wouldn't have asked if I was close to home or could have left her at home. read more

I'm giving 3 stars bc that's the average over the course of 2 years I've been going to this specific smoothie king. I get it that majority of the workers are high school /college kids, and there's gonna be a high turnover rate. But I go here probably once every 3 months. Sometimes they have great sweet workers and other times they are absolute garbage. Talking to each other and badly about previous customers that have just walked out. Just really unprofessional. Often times, I get a smoothie asking for an extra FULL scoop of PB and depending on who you get you get maybe a 1/2 a scoop. It's like if they like you, they'll give you what you pay for and hook you up. But if they are having a bad day they won't. Too many moody employees in my opinion. The smoothies taste good. And I guess that's all that matters. But with the price of 2 smoothies it'd be nice to WANT to go someplace you know you'll be treated the same each time. read more

We love Smoothie King. Glad they built one local. This place is always clean when we go there. There is either no wait or maybe 1 person in front of us. Today we were in a hurry to get our breakfast pick me up and we were literally in and out in less than 10 minutes. I took more time trying to open up my app. Make sure you download their app because you can get reward points which will equate to money off your purchase, and or freebies if you let them add up. It's simple, just fo to the app store on your smart device, download, and scan at the register. They will let you know if you have any discounts. The employees are always smiling and friendly. Today there was a young man helping us. He asked me how my morning was going I thought that was super nice for him to care. I usually get the "Angel food Slim Blend." It is so yummy. Oh, and sent forget to get a free add-on. I usually get the multivitamin or the immune booster. They do not change the taste of the smoothie. This place is obviously a well kept secret that Baytown needs to know about. This place has super good smoothies that really fill you up. We usually get the 20 oz and its plenty to last a while. I love how they have the calorie count on the menu. This place is always clean. Sometimes they have simple product out for customers to try. Will visit this place as often as I can. read more

Smoothie king is by far the best smoothie place in Baytown. The chocolate Banana or angel food slim are my favorites smoothies. If you come to smoothie king a lot the rewards is definitely worth joining it saves 20% of the regular price after you acquire so many points. This location is always busy I'm guessing because it's so close to planet fitness, and located next to Salata. read more

They have the best smoothies every and the workers are very nice. I love both sets of twins that work here. I believe their names are Reyna, dulce , Erica and Jessica. Plus there is a worker name Vanessa she is a very nice worker too she helped me pick out my smoothie. read more

I admit I have only been to a smoothie place once many years ago and really knew very little about them. The people here listened to my problem and let me know if a smoothie would help ( it does) which flavor/type it would be and how to order. It was great. I went back again the next day and they remembered what I ordered the day before. I don't know how their smoothies compare to other places, but it was good and the service couldn't have been better. read more
