Communication was top notch- they always double checked if they had any questions. On top of this, they gave many valuable suggestions regarding the painting. Even better, they provided higher quality paint than what we discussed initially at no extra charge for us!!! Since it is new house and we were bringing lots of new furniture into the house, inevitability scratching walls, the team came back once we settled and filled all new scratches on the walls, and painted small imperfections we created. I rehired them again 6 months later, since there were several small painting projects all over the house. They came again, did great job painting and did not even charge me, stating they considered it as part of the larger work they did for us earlier. It was great experience, very good value and job well done. We will hire this company for all our future painting jobs!

Kris came out to my home and spent lots of time with me, showing me samples and making good suggestions. When I picked my colors, they were from multiple companies. He matched them all. His crew was highly professional. Kris came out and inspected the job. He found flaws that I never would have seen. He had every flaw redone. There was another inspection before the job was complete. I couldn't be happier. I had to have other jobs done on my house and EVERYONE comes in and compliments me on the colors and the paint. HIGHLY recommend!

I needed a full repaint of the exterior of my home along with all windows and my house is quite large. I also needed any and all rotted wood to be removed and replaced, and I had a lot of it as well. Kris has a welcoming demeanor, appeared very knowledgeable, and exuded confidence that he and his team would be able to complete my job and do it with excellence. Those were the bench marks (along with price of course) that I need when choosing a contractor for a job. The price wasn't cheap but it was definitely fair. Kris's crew came out and did a fantastic job with both the wood repairs as well as the the paint job. There was one hiccup with some miscommunication on their part but they apologized and made it right. That takes good customer service and they definitely have it! When it was all said and done, my house looks like an entirely new home. My family and I are very happy with the final result - It looks amazing! Professionalism; Quality workmanship; & great Customer Service are the attributes that stand out the most with them. I would recommend Shelby Macomb Painters to anyone.

Like seriously, I look at some of the places he painted and I'm like how on earth did he paint there and not get any paint in the wrong place? He also thought to paint parts of our house that we wouldn't have thought to get painted -- like our door and our stair railing -- and after checking to see if we wanted those things painted he did them for no additional charge. He was also super patient when we decided that we didn't like one of the colors we chose. In general he was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Also, for doing the job all by himself he got it done super fast! I would definitely recommend Carlos.

Highly recommend Tony and Rob! They are your one stop shop for everything you need!…read more We started with our windows fixed by them. Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Overall, would highly recommend them for their excellent work, very fair pricing, and being such good nature people!
