Without question, my experience at Smooth Vaporz was some of the best customer service I have found anywhere in retail. As someone who was fairly new to Vaping I felt that I learned so much from their extremely knowledgeable staff who made sure that I was completely set-up before walking out the door. They took so much time to match me with the right set-up and nicotine levels and their huge selection of liquids (many of which are made in the USA and some of which are even organic) made the process fun, albeit a bit time-consuming. That being said, I never felt rushed or as if the questions I had been asking were a bother, and they allowed me to sample as many as I wanted prior to making my purchase! The best part of this business is the staff. They are consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to spend as much time as I need. The customer service is amazing. The product selection is also really great. They have so many flavors of liquids and all different types of vaping "stuff." Awesome vape shop. They specialize in only vaping products and premium e-lquids. Customer service is fantastic, and the people that work there use the products and are very knowledgable. I would consider myself an intermediate level vaper, but I think this store would be great for people who want to start vaping or even an experienced vaper. Called before I went and got a warm welcome to come down. The staff was very nice and knew exactly what they were talking about. Asked me how much I smoked and gave me a few devices to choose from. Told me exactly what I needed, but still let me voice my opinion and answered all of my questions. Sat me down to try a few flavors until I found the one I wanted. I got to say this was this first vape store I've ever went to and here I am over a 1 yr later still going there. They have gotten a lot better if a selection of juice the owner and people that work there are great. There selection of mods and different tanks are great the also have some nice authentic rdas at good prices I wish they had so more mech mods but whatever the great service and everything else makes me keep going back.. read more
