Rana and Brooke are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they truly care about giving me the best possible results. I struggle with hormone related hair, which Ive heard can be harder to treat but when I shared my concerns with Rana, she listened and made me feel completely understood. She reassured me that they would help me achieve the results I was hoping for. I started in January 2025 and I'm already seeing amazing progress on my face and body! I couldn't be more thankful and I genuinely feel like I'm in the best hands. I will definitely be recommending Luma Laser and MedSpa to my family, friends, and anyone who's looking for effective laser treatments. Truly a 10/10 experience!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I visited this place for the first time two…read moreweeks ago, and it will also be my last. The experience was disappointing from start to finish, and I regret not leaving after the consultation, which was basically just a price estimate with no clear explanation. Roda was unprofessional and unclear throughout the process. She didn't even tell me how many units of Dysport she was injecting into my forehead--just quoted me $300 and did only three pokes. I thought it was odd but went ahead with it. Today, I went back for my "two-week follow-up," hoping to address my concerns about the results. I told her I wasn't happy, but instead of offering a solution, she said, "I think it's good, you don't need any more." Her response was dismissive--especially when I explained that I wanted less movement and fewer lines. It felt like she didn't care what I wanted because, apparently, she's happy with the results, so that's all that matters, right? My face, my unhappiness, but as long as she's happy, everything's fine. Even worse, during my original appointment, Roda assured me that if I wasn't satisfied with the results after two weeks, I could come back for adjustments. Today, she completely ignored that promise. The office staff wasn't much help either. When I called to inquire about my appointment, they were clueless. Please, do your research before choosing where to go for any treatments. Trusting your face to someone who doesn't listen to your concerns is a huge risk. This place did not meet the standard of care I was expecting.

You typically need about 10 treatments, every 5ish weeks, no sun exposure in that area so during the summer you may pause and pick treatment back up in the fall. Keep in mind if you end up pregnant your pregnancy hormones may fluctuate to the point of needing more treatment even after completing your initial 10 treatments, but with Milan you get life long treatments at no additional cost at any location. They can not treat any area with tattoos. You can not moisturize before going, you must have shaved that day too. Weird to actually follow through with because you're supposed to moisturize after exfoliating and shaving, but nope not in this instance. The ladies here are so kind!! Areas I chose: Full Face, Underarms and Brazil+ I have extremely dark coarse hair, and a lot of it. 1st Session: HURT SO BAD I was sobbing by the time we reached my bikini area. The armpits hurt, it smelled like popcorn, BO and burnt hair. The chin was the only spot that hurt on my face, which was understandable. The butt and bikini line(thigh) were unbearable and yet I was able to finish the session. Highly suggest multiple ibuprofens. After this session I saw SIGNIFICANT changes, literally only had to shave twice in my armpits (I didn't even realize I had hair there because it was just peach fuzz), three times for my chin and mustache, none for my sideburns, twice for my bikini and butt. I used to have to shave daily, and for my chin sometimes THREE times a day. Use my name as a referral

This is my third visit to this business, all for an annual skin cancer screening with Dr Kerwin. I…read morehave seen the numerous negative reviews on this business and have seen none of the issues mentioned in them. My wait time has always been short where the receptionist and staff have been very professional and courteous. Dr Kerwin though is the shining star of this business where he is always very friendly, upbeat and has a very nice casual and approachable attitude which I greatly appreciated. I barely know the man but we have had such friendly discussions where we trade grand parenting experiences/notes where the general discussion always puts you at ease and relaxed as he does his thing. Relative to his service, he does a very thorough job when doing the skin cancer screenings and advises you of the findings and if there is anything to be concerned with. The last time I was in I asked him to remove a mole near my eye, where he told me that it was not cancerous and was personal choice if I wanted to pursue where he would gladly do it. In an age where people try to talk you into unnecessary procedures just so they can run the insurance tab up, speaks volumes for his integrity and was greatly appreciated by me. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the service I have received here and Dr Kerwin in particular, where I will continue to give them my business in the future.
