The fries (pommés) is good too and ketchup is free but IF you want mayo, you'll need to pay (just FYSA). If you're on ROB, check it out! It won't disappoint you. I usually bite my tongue but once in a while I get too torqued up and vent to a staffer like today as I was invisible to my waitress for 15 plus minutes until I walked to the bar to order. It took about 60 minutes from the time I sat to the time I got served with the melt-down in between. Other coworkers have shared similar experiences so it it isn´t just me. Bottom line is that if you are in the very first wave of customers to sit and order, you will easily be in and out in less than 45 minutes, if you arrive after that, add another 15-30 minutes to your sitting time.
