I grew up up in the great town of Marquette. Joined the USMC and never came back. Recently came back to the old stomping grounds visitibg family and found this gem. Family owed and operated. There tastings and parings were amazing. They have stuff together and it melts my heart to support their small town business. This distillery is a little gem located in Marquette, KS. Not very far off the turnpike. He's been open for about 7 months and they've done a beautiful job of remodeling and setting up their store. We went in and the owner was very friendly. He gave us a quick tour of the store snd showed us his Still snd where the bourbon is made. He says he has batches of bourbon sitting in American oak barrels that will be ready in a little over a year from now. After the tour, he seated us at a bar area in the back of the store to give us a free tasting of his products. He let us sample his assortment of flavored vodkas and Bloody Mary mixes. The Real Dill Bloody Mary mix is amazing. He also has cocktail mixers We bought a Lemon Lavender Shrub and a plum vodka. Those two mix really well together. It was one of the concoctions he made me to try while we were there and I was sold. He was also accommodating and let us come up with mix combinations we wanted to try. My husband asked him to mix The Real Dill Bloody Mary mix, watermelon habanero shrub and jalapeño vodka. Sounds crazy but it was so good. Their bourbon is top notch. Whether you're a casual drinker or consider yourself a connoisseur, this is a must visit when traveling in the area. Located close to Kanopolis State Park and the town of Lindsborg. read more

This little gem in Kansas is well worth your time to visit. They have a unique little building with products we did not expect to find. Their vodka is comparable with Tito's and they make a great Bloody Mary. We enjoyed their bourbon and believe it is going to rival some on the bourbon trail. They were friendly and very hospitable.
