I'm not sure that's a policy, but no matter the employee that has been my experience. It's extremely small yet you never feel them breathing down your neck. Unlike other places where they watch your every move so intently that you don't feel comfortable to shop around and ask questions. They are also very open to feedback so if something doesn't vibe let them know! I bet they'll take care of you and adjust accordingly.
