First it was a thick slab of ribs! They used dry rub instead of sauce... which was great considering the event didn't have much in the way of napkins. They were flavorful and juicy. The food truck staff were also very efficient... the line was pretty long and they were hustling. The wait was pretty short. My only real gripe is that i wish they would have sold fries instead of chips. They only sides they had was potato salad, chips and coleslaw... and im not a fan of coleslaw or potato salad. There is no indoor seating (obviously, it's a food truck lol), but perhaps there are picnic tables in the summer time?? Unsure about this though. The tacos are nicely packed and not too messy to eat in your car. Taking home is also an option! Cannot wait to return! If you're out West of FW, check it out!
