When I informed him of my experience, he stated "we do this thing called going to a cigar convention. It's once a year. We're here every other day. We didn't open yesterday until noon." I stated that I'm really not one to complain or argue, in fact this is the first review I've ever left. He was extremely flippant and dismissive, as if I'm supposed to know their schedule. Honestly, blown away by this low level of customer service and rudeness. I could maybe expect this from a mom n pop cigar store who couldn't care less. I never expected this from Padrón. Although Cuban cigars are illegal in the United States for political reasons, I was trying to see if I could still get my hands on Cuban puros but after asking around, it became obvious I wouldn't come across any. As I was walking back to the car, I noticed a boutique had a Cuban cigar factory set up inside which made me want to check it out.
