I have witnessed them take the time to educate people on what they are buying, how to use it safely and that in my book is huge! I really like that they have juices you can not find anywhere else locally and they don't have the mentality of "You should buy this because it's a move it now item." They make their recommendations based off your taste and will not push their opinion on to you about it. This is one of the best no-pressure shops I have been to and when they are not busy they love to just chat with you about things. Something else to mention is they have a board on there with upcoming concerts and sometimes discounts on if you buy tickets through them you get a discount on your purchase. DAN offered to show me a similar cigar I was looking for at a cheaper price after I almost went full cardiac after finding out Utah is like the 2nd highest in tobacco tax. I planned to buy two Oliva Connecticut but not for the reason of high tobacco tax in this state. Not the stores fault... it's the state of Utah. DAMION also helped me since I forgot my cutter... she did a fine job V-cutting my cigars. Thank you both for the best customer service... And awesome cigar store. Highly recommend
