I explain to Mary my turn of events situation in a health care facility. Mary begins to ask my questions about flowers, as she calmly walks me through the arrangements Posy Palace has on hand. A lovely bouquet is selected. The card is written. The delivery address is being taken down. When Mary, informs me had selected a floral shop in South Dakota. When the flowers were to be delivered in Wyoming. Mary and the shop owner were so understanding. During my profuse apologies, and ready to ring off and search for a Florist in Wyoming. When Mary said "Hold on, we can still help! Mary and her Employer found two names and phone numbers for two floral shops they felt comfortable recommending. After care like that. I now have to make a friend who lives near Posy Palace. So I may be one of their regular customers. With gratitude, Anita H. We went in today to buy some supplies to work on the house we purchased. We asked for a couple good…read moretrim boards 1" x 2" x 8' boards, the manager, Justin said he would go get them. He did, brought them up front we made the $85 purchase of our items and I started to put the boards in back of our truck, one broke at a knot so I proceeded back in to the store to get a replacement. I asked Justin if I could have a replacement and he makes a "disgusted noise" as if it was a ridiculous question and I was taking too much of his time, then he proceeds to tell me that, "Wood is not a warrantied product." Then asked me what I'm doing with it? The fact that it doesn't matter what I'm doing with the items I purchase or the fact that I've built custom homes for most of my adult life until I retired. Seriously! I hadn't even left the parking lot. Let alone for the simple fact that I specifically asked for 2 decent trim boards! I don't care if Justin is a manager. His response to me was uncalled for and rude. I realize we aren't considered "locals" even though we own a home here in Sturgis and are from out of state. We spend 3 weeks here during the rally and come in the off season to work on our house for a couple weeks. We will be finding another venue for the rest of our house needs. Vickie Costello

I was on vacation and a prescription lens popped out of the frame. Trying to find an open eye…read morecenter in Deadwood garnered negative results so I drove to Sturgis to try my luck there. I stumbled upon J and J Optical and they were open! I walked in and the owner immediately took my glasses to the back and fixed them in a few minutes. He gave me honest feedback about the size of the lens and how he fixed them. It cost me only a few dollars and I was out the door back on the road! Thank you J and J Optical for saving my vacation!

I was amazed and impressed with the quality of the paintings hanging on the walls. The paintings of motorcycles in various settings, with subjects, without subjects, all conveyed a unique ability to connect with a rider's love of riding. It's obvious the artist is very talented as attention to detail, colors, and theme are creative and inspiring. Other merchandise available here include sculptures, western wear hats, and unique lamps. The prices can run in the 4 digit category for the paintings. I wasn't buying today, but really enjoyed looking. If you're looking for a unique gift for that hard to buy for motorcycle enthusiast, come check this place out - it's really worth a visit.
