So...I have NEVER had an issue with smokers kingdom (now called smokers) but ever since it's been…read more"under new management" it's been TERRIBLE. We go in there to buy some vapes and ofc we opened them in store to make sure they were okay...well one was not. You hit it and it just continues to hit (shown in the video). We show the owner Musa, and he laughs in our faces and says "I see what you're doing, you're just trying to find something broken" and walks away. So we went to the car and it did it again so I walked in and said "listen we aren't trying to mess with you. It's actually broken". So he goes to get me a new one and catch's a complete attitude about how he shouldn't have to refund these blah blah blah. And I said okay thank you. He proceeded to walk away and say "mmhhhh. Get tf out of my store" under his breath as if I didn't hear him. Keep in mind, we were VERY nice the whole time we were there. Im sorry but if I'm paying for something it shouldn't be broken. Moral of the story is don't shop here. It used to be a very nice place with very nice people and ever since it's been under new management, it's been TERRIBLE. The customer service is terrible. The owner is a complete asshole. I used to LOVE this place when it was smokers kingdom and now it's just a complete shit show. The amount of disrespect we just got from Musa is absolutely DISGUSTING. I can proudly say that we are NEVER returning to this place again. I will gladly take the 45 minute drive to SMOKERS KINGDOM in Homer Glen to deal with nice customer service then go to this smoke shop.
