Even with the the place filling up he dealt and focused on exactly what they were looking for. I have seen quite a few places in the US and abroad. This was one of the top all rounders. I honestly stopped by on a whim while on another errand. Kai greeted me and was so friendly and immediately tried to discover what I needed/was in for. He balanced guest service with multiple patrons and phone calls very well and was extremely knowledgeable. I asked him some questions and he readily supplied information. The selection was great - they have anything you could ever need in terms of tobacco supplies. The value for what you get is also extremely reasonable. I'm looking forward to visiting again next time I need something and I am very happy to have found this shop as sometimes the general vibes of smoke shops can be intimidating / unfriendly - this place was the opposite!!

The flavor was way off. So I called them to see if I can come in to make an exchange for the other two that I have not opened and they said the sales were final and that they had people who can smoke a whole entire Vape in a day. I said I understood however I purchased 4 yesterday. There is no way I can smoke all 4 vapes. He said all sales were final and he will not be able to make a trade for me. He told me that there are lots of people who can smoke all four vapes in a day. Sounds to me like it's impossible. I only open the one today so that I can taste the flavor. The one I opened yesterday and it's not even done. Such a rip off I do not recommend anyone going here.
