I'm surprised with all the up to date items they have even some I've never seen before. There is usually one guy who is always working who is super friendly and nice. Most smoke shops I go to I feel like I'm getting ripped off by at least $20-$50, Not here though they always have surprising discounts for items or buying in bulk. Whenever you have questions about a product they're extremely knowledgeable and willing to show you how the product works without having any attitude. I always leave here feeling welcomed and happy with my purchase.

The third one he gave me was a different brand and that one hit in the store but once I got home, proceeded to be defective as well. Once calling to sort out my issue, I was told that I could not receive a refund and that I would have to receive a credit or swap it out for something different. Refunds are not always suitable for certain issues which is understandable, but in this case I was sold defective products. Therefore I did not want to purchase anything else from them. I also don't live near this location and was just stopping in. Manager insist I come back to trade out my item, which would be going out of my way to fix their issue. They sell defective disposables from brands that I've never had issues with from any other dispensary. A faulty one is expected every one and again but three in a row? Employees are amazing and super helpful. Policy and faulty inventory is the issue. In the photo you can see how I had to smack it on my desk to get it to work.
