When I was in Last time, they didn't have enough bags of my tobacco I prefer to last me until the end of the month. I asked what might be something similar to try. No one has ever taken such good care of me as a customer. I was shown some things and obviously knew my tobacco and how it compared to others. Ultimately, I did buy a little sampler of something and I was told when the tobacco I wanted would be back in stock, which wasn't long, like a day. I don't drive near this place or my other tobacco place regularly, so I do it once a month. I really like that the people here are so super friendly and take care of you. They aren't in a rush, and want to get to know you. There's even a table and chairs to sit down. That's my kind of place.

What a fantastic cigar shop!…read more We found Cousin's on a whim while driving around town and were pleasantly surprised when we discovered this gem. Upon entering we were both warmly greeted and felt like old buddies with the shop attendant. He told is to check out the humidor and let us explore to our hearts content. The humidor room smelled amazing, and it was enormous! The selection of cigars ranged from the classics to the obscure, and all different price points. We made a few selections and had our cigars cut and some matches thrown in for us. We found a beautiful spot right up the road to light up and both of our stogies were perfect; they were flavorful, moist, and smoked smooth. What a fun find! We will be back in Akron next week and hopefully will get a chance to stop by again!!
