The cigars i bought were stale. This is not a place to buy a good cigar. If you want a glass marijuana pipe they have thousands. But so do dozens of ozher places and many are cheaper. This store could be a great store but im afraid not under thos ownership. Plus its in a very bad part of town ..even a laundry mat had to leave. Stay away from here.

So I ordered a Duo Pro starter kit and a 50 count box of cartridges that were on sale. In a week…read moremy package arrived and I discovered the person packing the products must have had their mind elsewhere. The ten cartridges I got with the starter pack were the flavor the fifty were supposed to be and vice versa. I like both flavors so I can let that slide. However, the two batteries they sent me were for their Vapor King product which is totally incompatible with the Duo Pro and Smokepass brands. The treads don't line up. I called the customer service line, told them the story and the response I got was "yeah". Not "Sorry sir that your first experience with our brand is a total mess up. We will ship two correct batteries out right away." that would be the correct answer. I get "yeah" with a silent pause. Although I have already paid shipping I have to pay to return the wrong batteries. Further do I get some kind of a reference number so the obviously poor shipping department can look up what to do when they receive my batteries? No, I am told to write the details down. Their customer service department doesn't have much time for customer service I guess. So in short, I am sent the wrong flavors and no way to use the device until I do all the work for this return. Electronic Cigarettes should take a minute to think about how many other competing brands are out there before answering another complaint call.
