These guys were super awesome, helpful and went 100%out of there way to attend to whatever Silly questions I had and even helped me get my tank off..They were quite busy and still found time for me as well as everyone.. Customer service is lost sometimes here in Germany, but not in this place…read more I have been vaping for the last couple of years now and it is hard to find a good vape shop. The folks at Dampfline treat you like family. They are very friendly and knowledgeable sure, but it is more than that. You can tell that they take pride in what they do and have a lot fun doing it. They will let you try any or all of their flavors if you have the time. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. Its a nice place to relax with friends, drink some coffee and learn new things about vaping. I was pleasently surprised the first time I stopped in and keep coming back for more!
