Customer service is lost sometimes here in Germany, but not in this place. I have been vaping for the last couple of years now and it is hard to find a good vape shop. The folks at Dampfline treat you like family. They are very friendly and knowledgeable sure, but it is more than that. You can tell that they take pride in what they do and have a lot fun doing it. They will let you try any or all of their flavors if you have the time. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. This shop is amazing!! They make all of their own E liquids, and they are all delicious. They sell hardware, and replacement coils also. When I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly English speaking woman who gave me a tray of liquids to try and made me a delicious cup coffee with a biscuit, she encouraged me to sit and relax and enjoy vaping. I tried all of the E liquids that they make in house and I wasn't disappointed. the shop is clean and well decorated, and the atmosphere is welcoming. it is about a 8 minute drive from Ramstein air base so its extremely convenient. I had to search this place out through google, and the reviews were all in german with 5 stars. I'm adding it to yelp because its worth the trip to check these guys out. The e liquids are great, they have a mixed variety with a mix of 50/50 30/70 max vg, etc. The environment is great as well. The only thing is that the hardware is a bit over priced.
