The quality of the products are outstanding, but the customer service is very bad and RACIST. For that, despite the legacy of these teddy bears and the cuteness of the merchandise, I give this location one star. I've never spent so much money on children clothes and teddy bears (around 250 euros worth of merchandise) and the sales representative rolled her eyes and sighed when I asked for some tissue paper and paper bag to use to gift wrap the gifts for my friends and family. She gave me only one paper bag and two sheets of white paper... lol. This kind of behavior and action was exhibited to me twice as I visited the shop a total of two times. Secondly, and this is the racist part, the younger sales rep kept looking at my shopping bag... as if, what? I stole something!? I am a young Asian (or, shall I say: oriental, to fit the mood) woman and perhaps I was in my tennis shoes and I was carrying around a large shopping bag to accommodate my shopping, but there was seriously no need to try to look into my bag and look at me like that. If she thinks I'm some kind of thief, after I've spent as much money as I did in the first visit, she is fucking mistaken! What she did and how she made me feel was so, so offensive and embarrassing as she was the same exact lady who saw me spend around 119 euros just a week ago! She and the rest in this store need intensive training in customer service and being a better representative for their country. The only reason why I went back after such ridiculous and odd stinginess and totally uncalled for offensiveness is because I really wanted to give a special gift to the young children of two of my husband's colleagues who helped out at my wedding. I will never return here for the way they treated me and for how fucking cheap they are. The two women who work at this location is smearing the reputation of this brand... and the rest of Germany, as well. read more
