This shop is such a breath of fresh air! Very friendly to first timers. The combination of TCG…read moreculture and vape culture is honestly genius; it feels natural, welcoming, and way more fun than your typical vape shop or card store. Whether you're stopping in to browse cards, grab supplies, or just hang out and talk shop, the vibe is always on point. Not once did i feel like they were looking down on me (i'm new to TCG). Huge respect to Dan and Adele for what they've built here. You can tell they genuinely care about the community and the experience. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable about cards and took the time to help me get into OP (One Piece), which made a huge difference! No gatekeeping, just passion and solid guidance. That kind of energy definitely makes me come back. Wishing nothing but continued success for both of them. This place deserves to grow and I can't wait to see how it evolves. Highly recommend checking it out whether you're into TCGs, vaping, or both.

I normally wouldn't be writing a review of a smokeshop, but this is my local, tried & true, easy…read moreexperience smokeshop. I've been coming here for multiple years religiously. Today, they've lost my business. I went in to purchase a Clear Flum Mello (black & silver, picture attached). The man working was a bit older, and it is March 13th at about 12:30 PM. I noticed in their display of "Clear" flavored Flums, they had boxes that were pink, blue, and white. I asked what the difference is between the pink, blue, and the normal one. He said nothing, besides color of the device. I asked him what the white box looked like inside, because I wanted to get the same kind I usually do. He shows me his own vape in his hand, which is the same one I'm looking for, and he says it's exactly that. I open them from the box before purchase and see they are pink colored and shiny. I tell him this is not what it normally looks like. He assures me it is exactly the same and is clear flavor. I purchase 2 of them for $50.00. After purchasing, I removed one from the box and tested it while in store. The vape he sold me had flavor. I immediately let him know that this is not what I asked for and that he told me it was supposed to be the same. He swapped out the unopened device, but refused to give me the correct device since I opened the other one. I explained that he did not give me accurate information which is why I want to get the right one, not because I just don't like it. He said welp and didn't help me. I come here very often. The people who work here are nice and usually helpful with good energy. I wasted $25 for nothing because the worker did not tell me accurate information and actively lied to me by showing me his own vape. While it is a small thing, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd share the advice to this smokeshop to be kind to your customers and they will return & bring their friends!

I've been out of the vape game for a couple years so I had no knowledge about disposable vapes available these days. I chose this place hoping I'd get a good deal and great service. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted by a young lady that said she's the daughter of the owner. I let her know what I'm looking for and she guided me towards the right spot. I told her what flavor profiles I like and she recommended me her favorite, which was FLUM Pebble Arctic Icy. I'm not a heavy vaper so a 6,000 puff disposable was perfect for me. She apologized for talked so much but I really appreciated her insight with vapes and the knowledge she had for them. I signed up for their rewards program and left a happy customer. I will definitely be back for my vape needs and will recommend this place to family and friends.

Not only great vibe/customer service but this store was WELL stocked. I was looking for two specific items for my mother as she is a newer vaper (3 months off cigs) and is still pretty rigid with what works for her at this point. Now knowing we have a local shop we can rely on and not have to wait for online orders with changing laws, this relieves that worry especially for a new vaper. I wrote a bad review because of the bad service that I got but the owner took care of it all and his staff and took care of me and followed up with me and made things right. I am HAPPY to say that I am now a returning customer again. Thanks again for taking care of what I needed and fixing the situation. U know. I loved this place. Came there for all my vaping needs and for two weeks I've come by a few times for specific product they were out if and they say oh we will have it tomorrow. I come a couple days later and still no product avail. Kinda annoyed. I'm a busy person and I take time out of my day ( and now have gone to ur store 5 times)to go to ur shop specifically and being told u still don't have the product that was supposed to be there two weeks ago is frustrating. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

But not last night!! I asked the new guy for a coil for the Nord 4 and he said he didn't have it in stock. He asked where I bought the mod and I actually bought it from the same store..... I saw some coils that might have matched but he didn't want to take the time to figure it out so I didn't push it. I wanted to buy 2 VV stick batteries, but they didn't have much stock of larger size batteries, I just bought any 2 900's I thought both were VV. One ended up not being V so I returned it with 10 mins of purchasing it. The new employee at the store didn't understand that when you refund part of a purchase, you refund the tax paid for that portion as well. He called the owner and owner told me to never come back in the store over $1.50 of tax. Don't worry you will not have my business any longer, I'll just go to STONE SMOKE SHOP right down the street. The owner is amazing (there almost all the time), great prices and if he does not have it in stock he will order it for you.
