I paid $60 for this vaporizer and someone is going to replace the malfunctioning mouthpiece because it is under warranty. I went to the actual store again yesterday to see if they could try and send an email to the warranty company located in China so that I can obtain the mouthpiece that I need and as I was standing there another customer came in, looked at the vaporizer in the box and commented to the owner that the Vaporizer was "a piece of crap" which only spurred the owner Ryan to defend himself further about how no one has ever had a problem with it. Clearly people have, he selling a product that does not have a legitimate warranty attached to it, he refuses to back his product up and is putting his customers in a position to make a purchase that is set up for failure and no way to get their money reimbursed or get warranty coverage for the product. THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS IS DECEITFUL AND UNETHICAL! Instead of helping me and putting me in touch with someone where I can get the part that I need, He had the local police call me and tell me that I am not allowed back in his store or I will be trespassing!
