This is a great establishment! I've been in this location a few times and each time I go I spend more and more time because they have a great selection. In addition, I love the staff. Hands down my favorite smoke shop. They literally have everything here! The staff is always friendly, extremely helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and consistent. I actually feel welcomed when I walk into this place unlike some other shops I've been to. I love the fact they are attentive without the pushy sales person mentality and can suggest to me comparable products based on my particular budget. They're up to date on newer products coming out and a majority of the time are the first place to have them on the shelves. I highly recommend this place! read more

The past few times that I have entered this establishment to make a purchase I have been ignored by the employees that play video games and sit on their phones while customers are in the store.. And when I am finally assisted the service is extremely rude. I have never had such a cold experience somewhere and I do not recommend shopping here. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE!! I have bought here at LEAST 15 times in the past, but when I walked in last Friday, the heavy set woman with brown hair who always wears a bandana as a mask copped an unnecessary attitude with me about checking ID's as soon as my friends and I walked in before we had even began looking at any products. I had been here many, many times before and no other employee has ever done this or made us feel that uncomfortable. My two friends had never been to this shop before and I was referring you guys some new customers, but this employee's attitude ensured that none of us 3 will ever step foot in this establishment again. The woman employee as I described above claimed that my ID was fake. I told her, "it is not fake, I have bought here many times in the last 4 months and you sold to me just the other week" she said that since I had an out of state license that my license was "too thin". She was clearly making up any excuse to not tell to me based on her horrible attitude from as soon we entered the store. I attempted to explain to her that I come weekly and that it makes 0 sense for her to not accept my ID, I even offered alternate forms of ID and she completely blew me off. I asked her to close my rewards account, because I was a consistent member with you guys for months on end. She responded "you surely can" when I asked to close the account down.. clearly STILL giving me attitude for NO reason. If I had an account with you guys for all of these months and have been purchasing from you weekly, HOW IS MY ID FAKE?? She clearly saw when she typed in my account information and saw my past purchases and my identity that my ID was, indeed, my ID. She was acting solely out of pettiness and spite for absolutely no reason at all and this type of attitude should not be tolerated. I am not the only one who has had bad experiences with his woman. Why do you guys continue to allow bad reviews and bad service to stem from this place? I don't know if it has to do with poor management style or you all just blatantly not caring, but it is absolutely unacceptable and I regret ever giving one single dollar to this place. read more
