A terrible customer service experience. I bought a "Lookah Seahorse", just look it up. A small $40 device. Brand new, in the box, kept the reciept. Went home, wouldn't turn on wouldn't charge. Back to the store about 2 hours later, with a reciept. The two young guys working couldn't get it to work, they get the older guy in the back. I only wanted an exchange, they had many. The older man said that he saw a light when he plugged it in, that it was my charger (I had tried numerous), and he refused to exchange it. I told him he would never get my business again and he said that was fine. These stores all sell the same thing, at around the same prices. Go somewhere else where they appreciate your business and understand that losing a customer costs far more than making one happy. PS. The device is defective and does not charge at all. read more
