Extremely disappointing customer service, considering it's why your shop mostly stays open, you'd think they'd remedy issues like this. I've also worked for this company, and now how to properly handle these issues. Officially have lost my business, as well as my respect for the company.

They have a huge selection of disposable vapes and carry all my favorite brands like Starbuzz, Crown Bars, and Olit. I grew up in spring and this used to be like the smoke shop to go to, and the management or whoever runs the store has changed 180%. The staff is rude and pretentious. They're constantly on their phone, not paying attention to you When I bought like eight vapes that were all fake, they wouldn't even refund me. They wanted to give me store credit, but how could I accept store credit for store that sells fake vapes. You lost my business and my trust. Management should do better on who they hire and what they sell. Come on now, Do better And you overprice everything What blows my mind is that it's not real manufacture grade. The prices were good, the shop was clean, and they run promos and raffles! They offer military discounts and have a good rewards program.
