The staff are extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable; I brought them multiple boxes of an old silver collection and they didn't bat an eyelash at the volume, just dug right in. They know their stuff and gave me a more than fair price on everything, MUCH more than online or any pawn shop here in town. They know their regulars by name and what each regular collects, and they have an extensive network of collectors in town and help them find treasure every chance they can. LOVE this place and so glad they're doing business in Waco--- everyone should take their gold and silver there!
