On 29 Feb 20 I bought this from the Smoke Shop. The sales associate, a young female, rushed the sale and did not explain the warranty or the return policy. I charged the vape overnight and it did not work. I returned the next day and the same sales associate assisted me. She told me they no refunds or exchanges. In other words too bad. I went to the Vapresso website to request the product be replaced with the warranty. The warranty form needs the email address for the business so I called the number on the receipt and was spoken to very rudely, it turns out the owner, a Mr. Patel has his personal number on the receipt. He told me to call the store and gave me the number. The sales associate at the store stated they do not have an email address and I needed to call the owner. I once again called the owner, once again he was very rude and refused to give me an email address. I went to another vape shop and found out that the same product sells for $10 less. I will never go back to the Smoke Shop. I'm now out $42 and stuck with a broken vape. read more
