SELLS DEFECTIVE VAPES, REFUSES TO MAKE IT RIGHT; CREEPY & RUDE. These people are SCAMMING. I never leave reviews, but I got my laptop out for this one. So me and my girlfriend have been in this shop before and there's a white man who made us extremely uncomfortable; we avoid going in here when he is there. However, we went in about two days ago and I purchased two vapes. While checking out the white man was being extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, commenting on the conversation that my girlfriend and I were having. By the time I was done paying, we were slowing trying to walk out the door and leave but his behavior continued and my girlfriend shut down the conversation. The employee did not give me a receipt, did not tell me about the return policy (or lack thereof), and did not encourage me to try the vape in the store. We left and went home, and about an hour later the vape just stopped working and the shop was already closed. The next morning, I went back and waited on them to open at 10AM. When it was time for them to open, nothing. I looked in the door, nobody was there and the lights were off. I called: no answer. I ended up going back home and coming back 15 minutes later and they were open. At this point, I just wanted a replacement or refund. I had a terrible experience when buying the product and using the product. I went to the counter, and a young lady was working. I told her about my experience (it way more detail than I have provided here) and she said there was nothing she could do and once I left with the product, there was no making it right. She also said that they get complaints of the white man all the time. I let her know that even if I did try it in the store, it worked the first hour that I had it and that it still would have been defective. I was very very kind, and reassured the cashier that it was not her fault but that I would like to talk to the owner. She called the owner and told him there was a customer that wanted to speak to him "for some reason". So off the bat, not a good start. But I explained everything to the owner and he stated that I should have tried it in the store and that despite my experience he wasn't going to make it right. I asked him what I could have done differently to not have a defective vape...he just repeated the policy. He stated that he could give me 50% off on my next vape...but he can't even be sure that one is going to work properly after an hour. I let him know that if he wasn't going to make it right, that there would not be a next purchase. He said he still wasn't going to make it right and I calmly and kindly hung up the phone and left the store. I wish I would have read the reviews before shopping, because I would have saved myself a lot of time, money, and frustration. There are countless reviews of the white man being inappropriate and creepy and the owner being rude, and countless reviews of people getting scammed out of vapes. Please don't give this business your money!! read more

On 29 Feb 20 I bought this from the Smoke Shop. The sales associate, a young female, rushed the sale and did not explain the warranty or the return policy. I charged the vape overnight and it did not work. I returned the next day and the same sales associate assisted me. She told me they no refunds or exchanges. In other words too bad. I went to the Vapresso website to request the product be replaced with the warranty. The warranty form needs the email address for the business so I called the number on the receipt and was spoken to very rudely, it turns out the owner, a Mr. Patel has his personal number on the receipt. He told me to call the store and gave me the number. The sales associate at the store stated they do not have an email address and I needed to call the owner. I once again called the owner, once again he was very rude and refused to give me an email address. I went to another vape shop and found out that the same product sells for $10 less. I will never go back to the Smoke Shop. I'm now out $42 and stuck with a broken vape. read more
