He is a amazing customer service representative, he always greets me and helps me when I have coupons or need to put funds on my circle K card. He is always well mannered and polite. They tried to scam me thinking I wouldn't notice the charges! I use to stop at LOLO on North…read moreHouston Rd in Warner Robins regularly and purchase a drink before work. I'd swipe my card and go expecting to get charged the usual amount. 10minutes later I noticed that the Eastern lady behind the counter charged me for 4 items instead of 1; so I immediately went back to the store for my $8 refund. First they tell me they need to look at the cameras to prove what I purchased; I waited 20minutes for them to finish looking at the cameras. Then they said I needed to call my bank or show my bank account to prove that I was overcharged. Then they said I needed to show them my card number to prove that I still had the card. They were trying to scam me out of $8 but I didn't give up. Then owners ( Two Eastern Men) look at the cash register and say they found my transaction. THEN the owner opens is wallet to give me a CASH "under the table refund" and I see that he has a EBT card in his wallet. I'm not only shocked but I am disgusted. Is it possible They are paying themselves and their friends under the table and then filing as unemployed to collect EBT? I don't know if that's possible but something seems extremely wrong about this.
