So we're going to the smoke shop, I buy a water pipe, get all the way home. Go to smoke and there's a whole on the inside of the chamber. So the next day I went back.It wasn't the same guy working and he said i had to bring it back when the manager was there so i go back again and i see the so called manager and she proceeded to tell me she is sorry that here store sold me a damaged water pipe BUT, she cant exchange it or refund my money because thats their policy... i said so im stuck with a water pipe i cant use?? She says agaian im sorry it's store policy. Avoid these thieves save your money and goto any other store where they are not selfish and greedy. Go to a head shop where the customer comes first the way it should be. Oh and she says clearly you can see there was product in the waterpipe i said no thats water thats not supposed to be in with the product it doesnt work cause the water doesn't stay in the chamber of the pipe it goes straight into the bowl cause it has a hole inside the chamber like wow really? So i gave it back told her to keep it clearly they need the $16.00 more then i needed a working waterpipe if they are ripping people off like this. There are plenty of smoke shops where the customer is treated better then the stores wallet. Total waste of time an money. read more
