Headed to another shop! I cannot reply to the owners response so I have to update my review. $34 for what I wanted, that should've been 12... I'm talking about LA. Six months ago. That same item that you have for $34 would be at the very most $12 in Los Angeles. I went to another store less than a five minute drive from you. I bought three Chillum's for seven dollars each. This is the best head shop in town. They have everything a smoker/vaper needs. Their prices are…read moresuper competitive, they charge half of what average smokeshops in other cities charge (Asheville has an extremely competitive smoking market.) and they carry parts and coils for a wide range of products including yocan wax vapes. This place is good for the fact that they always have what I'm looking for, and the prices are…read moremostly reasonable. On the flipside though, there are obvious communication issues between management and staff, and even between the staff members themselves. On more than one occasion, they've had a sign posted that promises a discount on certain items. But when you get to the register, the discount doesn't ring up and the staff acts like they know nothing about it. Another time, an employee told me to stop by the next morning because they were getting a big shipment and there would be free samples. But when I came back and asked about it, the guy looked at me like I had three heads. I don't mean to keep piling on here, but the staff also seem to lack any knowledge of the products they are selling. If I have a question about something, no one can answer it or make suggestions. They are mostly nice about it, but it gets to be a little frustrating. I suppose if you go in here knowing exactly what you want -- and you're willing to ignore the advertised discounts -- this place would be great. As it stands, however, I hope the management sees what's going on and improves upon it.

Jordan and Marrissa are so knowledgeable and experienced with everything in the store. They can truly tell you their personal experiences. They've helped me so much. Thanks to them I'm buying quality items. I've visited another shop with delta 8 edibles and they were so weak and cheap. One stop shop at hookah hookup!!! Good quality with amazing service. Love you guys! Definitely a shop to visit while in town and a great local spot as well. The owner's are good people who are Asheville locals and they deserve all the business. They believe in good quality and they are great people to work for as well. I'm very picky about who I help support. I visit this store at least twice a week whether I'm buying something or not. It's just a good atmosphere with pretty pieces to look at and an experience you'll never regret. Not into smoking or eating CBD or other hemp products? That's okay because they have really nice art pieces that will intrigue anyone. I don't care who you are! The shop is cool.

Oh and they sell Kratom too, a substance that I've seen many have a serious addiction problem with and very hard to kick. They just want to take advantage of people and take your money, gross!
