I have shopped for various items at Smoke Depot and recommended them to friends for several years…read morenow. Clean and organized shop..beautiful glass pieces and well stocked shelves. I have found a few things there I haven't seen in other smoke shops, making them my go to for every such purchase. What really impressed me, was that they took back and exchanged a purchase I didn't think was returnable. The item must have been factory damaged because it looked fine at first but then overheated which has never happened before. I was so surprised to be offered a replacement..and very happy also. I turned away and said "ok crazy I'm leaving"... he yelled at me again to get the fuck out.. as I'm walking out, he turned around, grabbed a baseball bat and pointed it at my boyfriend.. all because I asked for a vape mod. My boyfriend told him not to speak to me like that, mind you we are already OUTSIDE of the store... he charged at him with the bat. This is the "Cheers" of Vape Stores. Not only are they the…read moreoldest vape store in California (remember when every Tom, Dick and Harry opened up a vape store a decade ago?), but they are BY far, the most knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service oriented vape shop I have ever been to- period. The store is in a great location- easy to get to, with lots of parking (handicapped access is right in front), and awesome hours every day of the week. The store is well lit, SUPER clean, well organized, with a wide variety of vapes, mods, coils, juices, single use vapes, salts, thanks, you name it. For those on a budget- prices are ALWAYS on the lower side of reasonable, and they have a sale case as well. Are you Military or First Responder? They PROUDLY give you your discount- just ask. If their prices, products, and location isn't enough to sway you- their customer service will be. Each and every time I have shopped here, I have been made to feel that I am an appreciated and valued customer. And when I say this is the "Cheers" of vape stores, that's because no matter how crummy of a day I have had- they know who I am, they remember what my likes and dislikes are, and they have offered a word of encouragement along with my purchase (I'm a single mom and disabled veteran), or just let me complain without making me feel like a weirdo. Additionally, they have gone out of their way to make sure I had what I needed before I walked out of the store, even when they probably LOST money on a sale- because they realize that money doesn't grow on trees, and they want their customers to know that they appreciate them enough to do what needs to be done to KEEP them as a customer. Very nice, friendly and helpful (if you short on menu $1 here and there) and very generous too since they also run vape place right next door. Really enjoyed shopping here. Plenty of parking since it's quite big.
