I have found a few things there I haven't seen in other smoke shops, making them my go to for every such purchase. What really impressed me, was that they took back and exchanged a purchase I didn't think was returnable. The item must have been factory damaged because it looked fine at first but then overheated which has never happened before. I was so surprised to be offered a replacement..and very happy also.
