My only gripe is that the staff have set up the counter backwards. Customers start beside the pay point and work their way along making selections going away from the pay point. Once the salad tossing begins customers have to fight back through the queue to the start in order to pay. Simply reversing the layout of the ingredients would streamline the whole process.
