My husband went back to have the battery replaced. But they said this is a lifetime warranty and to contact company. To replace the cost is $12.95 shipping and handling. I really don't think there should be a cost of less than a month. The reason I'm posting this is I called this store to ask if I can just have replace instead of paying for a product that only lasted a month. The man on the phone said no since this is used probably every day. I trying telling him but it's only a month and should last longer and HE HUNG UP. I tried calling the number back but he would not pick up. Poor customer service. There are plenty of smoke shops in this area with friendly professional customer service.

I got into vaping about 2 months before this place opened. Started with a vape shop in Bloomsburg,…read morebut stopped in this place shortly after they opened to see what they were about. It's a father/son team running the place and they are very nice people. So here's my thing.....when I started vaping, the shop I went to in Bloom sold me something to get me out of the door. I'm pretty sure it's mostly college kids who work there just trying to make a few extra bucks, so they aren't exceptionally knowledgable of what they're selling and they're probably more concerned with getting back on facebook or twitter than they are with actually helping a customer. These guys at Iron Vapor know their stuff though and they know how to treat a customer. Every time we go in, we usually end up spending at least 15-20 minutes just shooting the breeze with them and they actually want to make sure that you are getting something that you're going to enjoy. During my first visit I ended up buying a new mod and a new tank from them, but after I opened it and tried it (which meant putting my mouth on it), I discovered that I didn't care for the tank. I took it back the next day, not really expecting them to take it back, but just hoping that they'd maybe cut me a deal on a different tank.....they didn't even hesitate to take it back and give me full credit towards something more to my liking. My only complaint is that they don't stock my favorite flavor of vape, so I'm still forced to drive to Bloom for that, but these guys will get my business for everything else. I love supporting small business guys like this.

First my husband called and they told him that they could not service it because we didn't buy it there. Their website says that they have excellent customer service and have been in business for many years, so I called and asked to speak to Kevin or Tim (owners) because of their kind business motto. The owner I talked to was completely RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, TALKED OVER ME THE WHOLE TIME, SEXIST, and SARCASTIC basically yelling at me and then asked to talk to my husband which proves how sexist he was. He then hung up on me so I called the Bosch Company and told them about my horrible, degrading experience. No one else should ever have to go through this treatment. Obviously this is a dying business.

I'm totally addicted to my solem duty of spilling the tea to you, and only you, my yelp friends. Forever in debt to your priceless advise. So back to rhe story, I woke up and remembered when I lived over in this bullcrap apartment on broad street where I would throw my waste out of the third story into the neighbors yard, next to the puff and stuff and at the time they were the only place that had those chocolate snowballs that I love. (Mmm they are so delish and jiggly, yum yums) I would get my ciggies, my snowballs and a diet farmers tea and sumtimes a lottery ticket and those two broads that work there. Man they should have tbeir own show. Such a riot. Love those girlies. Michelle and Fran. They really helped me esxape my troubles a lot. I would slouch in there all pissy from the stresses of life, this is when Dino and I were breaking up off and on when I was pregnant with charlie and just those few minutes spent gabbing with those old divas really made life a little better. We would bullshit and somerimes they would let me in the back of the store to partake in a game of poker and listen to some jerry garcia. Yes my friends. That good shit. Shit man, that was way back. That was when Michelle had hair! Lately shes been spraying it heavy with that root spray. I thinks I saw it at sallys. Yeah but those ladies have been in the game for years. I still go in there and lemme tell you they never changed. Still my bishes. The stuff there is very convenient and good. Jerky, candy, sodies, tissues, incense, and of course lottery tickets and my snowballs. Love licking and eating them in the store while I'm being a chatty Kathy with the girls. I think they added a display case of glass pipes! Great for you 420 friendly ones, I stopped getting high years ago, now I just drink and review businesses, but yeah pretty bowls and bongs for your every preference. Cheap stuff. I bring my linzey and Charlie in there now and Fran and Michelle say holy fudge, we remember when yous were babies! Theyre like god moms. Fran is so chill. Such a sweetie pie. She told me lately that there is always something going on there. Well whaddya expect. Hazleton or hellzleton as I says, is getting bad. Its a slum city. Not like it used to be. Shame shame. I hope they never have to deal with bums or cheapskates or that dreadful lottery addict that sniffs around every convenient store. Puff and stuff is my one stop shop for most things and it is my little home away from home. Love the noise of the bell as I open the door. Warms my heart and awakes so many memories in me. I'm getting all emotinil now, my mascara is running down my face in rivers of black right now. Oh the friendship and the service in one visit. I have a brillint idear. I must inteoduce my bestie Gina Kuntz to these sweet ladies. They are like the golden giels and gina will love them and eat them up. I'm sure we could all have a glass of wine and complain about society and the burdens and pressures that life beings us, so I will haff to do that. I need cigs ajuwaus, only two left. Ive been smoking alot lately due to retrograde. Ugh. Fuck the earth. Well let me wipe my eyes dry and pray everlasting success for puff and stuff. If you need a place to play the lotto and get a special pack of cigs while talking to two of the cities most essential personalitoes then plz cum here. You will not be disappointed. Bout the only thing good in this neighborhood. Subway across the st. And sometimes this hot gay couple would come in and let me ahead of them in line but I haven't seen tjem there in a while. Shame on you for not visiting granny micbelle and Fran. I would be lost. They put extra mommy love into their cigarettes. Unlike turkey hill or Sunoco. And dont get me sfaftwd with rhe pantry quips. I will never buy my cigs anywhere else. I smoke a lot too and I oft get snowball and Reeses cravings so I'm there a lot yelpers. You might see me. Get your tooshies over to puff and stuff.
