I pretended to be a calm person and not verbally express how I felt. I am not sure if it was my complexion or if they didn't want to work, but there are enough vape shops in Jacksonville for me to get what I need along with good customer service.

I was on my way to my folks house & decided to stop by as I had been meaning to do so for awhile. I love that this store is located in Murray Hill and so close to my home. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted immediately by members of their staff who showed me many, many options--NEVER pushy, were super knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. And when I say patient, I mean unflappable and accommodating to my needs. Having worked in retail for over 20 years, I have to commend this crew for knowing how to treat their existing and potential customers. I have not felt as comfortable and willing to buy in a retail store as with the experience I had today. Respectful, polite, well mannered, well spoken, mannerly, gracious, obliging, considerate, pleasant, cordial and civilized--that is the type of workers they have in this store. I started out with a nice male sales person, then ultimately Mia stepped in and worked with me after she helped me decide on the best E-Cig offered based on my needs. I decided to purchase a set that (altogether with case, chargers, flavors, refills and all I needed) cost just under $60 including tax! In addition, everyone in the entire store (including customers) seemed genuinely happy to help you. This is a fun store to visit and with such a great first experience, I know I will be back to get more "juice." FYI: Mia informed me that they just opened one up @ the Beaches--so for those who live out there...check it out! :)

A horrible experience and hope they get it together because not only is the selection very small here but the customer service today was horrible.

It's a relatively new business in Murray Hill and we just happen to stumble upon it while strolling down Edgewood Avenue and decided to check it out. The guy working the register seemed pretty friendly. What they do offer is some really nice vaping accessories, oils, walls of hookahs and other water-smoking "tobacco" pipes, specialty cigarettes, clove smokes, incense, smoking paraphernalia and other cool accessories that you would expect to find in a great head shop. This place is locally owned and operated and there were a few customers shopping around during our first visit so the shop obviously serves a definite need in this area. The inside was nicely done with great merchandising and lots of new inventory. Very cool vibe indeed.

That "girl with the blue hair" has always been friendly with me and my husband. Any questions we had were answered with knowledge and courtesy, always. Their prices seem very fair for the given market, of course you can always find it cheaper online but it's cool to support local businesses as well. The shop is clean and organized, they have a varied selection of products and I am hoping soon they pick up the Social Smoke brand, that would be a deal sealer for me to shop only there. Of course when entering an establishment like this a certain etiquette is required and expected. If you can't put a cork in your attitude long enough to function in society, I'd stick to online shopping. Overall I think they are a great smoke shop, check them out! Happy smoking.
