Instead of checking me out, she says "I have to help people in the order they walk in and they were first..." Mind you, I walked in at the same time and was ready to check out by the register. The other people were still unsure and on the other side of the store, so she decides to walk away from a sale and I took my business elsewhere due to time constraints. As a business, there is a point where you throw your return policy out the window and use common sense. I sold a product that stopped working, it's leaking, and it's 3 days later. And the damn thing is full. This is when you say, I am going to replace it and then deal with my vendor or distributor. $2000 in lost revenue is the prize for the amazing smoke shop!
