I pulled up next to the truck and got the phone number to file a complaint, the man was very nice on the phone but left me no clues as to what the company was going to do to resolve this problem. I was promised a call back with a solution, but never received one. Obviously whatever they were carrying was not properly packed or closed, which is why I'm confused that they haven't been more courteous to me or don't have the sense to do the right thing.
