Amazing the difference in trying to save the customer unnecessary money on new units when your unit is 12 years old and out of Warranty. Unfortunately the HW Heater started leaking again from inside the tank. Called Paschall again and Jason came back out and tried to find the leak but no success. They gave me a quote for a new HW Heater and I felt the price was reasonable and didn't need to get estimates anywhere else. Jason installed the new HW Heater and everything went smoothly with no problems. Highly recommend these folks...they do good work and make sure the job is done right!
