I called them for a repair and my husband told them it needed the gas. So they come out and tells us yes it needs gas! But get this they say we don't put the gas in anymore! They purposely withheld that information from us just so they could charge for a service call knowing fully well they couldn't perform the service needed. I have now decided to file a BBB report . I will be looking for a new service company. I had been paying $ 119.00 a year for Spring and Fall check ups. Not bad very reasonable. My husband called and was told the plan was 100 a year. Then why am I paying 119.00? I called up and to inquire about the rates and was told they do not offer the yearly maintenance plans anymore. Well how can that be if not 5 minutes before they gave my husband a quote for a 100.00. I do not like dishonest companies. I thought so highly of this company for a long time. Nothing good lasts I guess. Very disappointed. I have never heard of an AC Company not having a yearly plan. They also said we needed another capacitor at 150.00. The one they put in didn't even last 5 years, and they should last from 5-20. I had asked for a refund of the 99 dollar fake service call and was denied so therefore I did not let them put this in. We bought one from Amazon for less 20 bucks. Big mark up.

Unfortunately the HW Heater started leaking again from inside the tank. Called Paschall again and Jason came back out and tried to find the leak but no success. They gave me a quote for a new HW Heater and I felt the price was reasonable and didn't need to get estimates anywhere else. Jason installed the new HW Heater and everything went smoothly with no problems. Highly recommend these folks...they do good work and make sure the job is done right!

Salesman tried to add the compressor to the quote even though it had not been damaged. His arguments didn't make sense at all, saying he needed to match the equipment. First mistake. Repair people came at a different hour than planned. They were rather unpleasant and left without saying goodbye, after installing a $4,900 piece of equipment. They left trash behind the unit and moved the very expensive battery for the pump. At first day using AC, the pump failed and the unit flooded my basement. They came back, changed the pump and left. No body came back to test the installation and the thermostat. I had an appointment with the field supervisor who never came or called. The unit is leaking air and moister at every piece of tape badly installed. They never called to apologize about the missed appointment and to set up a new time to check the installation. I am not ready to pay this work soon. Very bad manners, scheduling and service.
