My husband took a shower this morning and it backed up the toilets in both bathrooms and the smell of sewer actually woke me up. I had to wait until 8am to call anyone and the first 2 I tried couldn't make it until tomorrow (I should also add that a plumber I had previously used recommended Gulf Coast to me so that is why I took the risk). They were here within 30 minutes and an hour and half later they had the problem fixed. They had to find the drains outside because I had no idea where they were, dug it up, cleaned it out, ran a camera on it and even installed something so the next plumber wouldn't have to spend the time to find it again. The price was incredible, I expected to have to pay way more. I will definitely call them first next time (although I hope there isn't a next time)!

Claimed it had cracks and leaking, a bald face lie. The hole they dug had no water in it. They turned the water off first never said a word and acted like it was an accident. They took advantage of us, decietful business practices, i will never use them ever again. They cut my water line then made me pay them to fix it.

We ordered a LOT of wood in several different kinds from Wes Vice for our new house. First, of all…read morethe wood and cut were high quality. Second of all, the customer service of everyone we encountered was exactly what we all remember customer service being like back in the good old days. From Wes himself down to the guys who delivered the wood, everyone seemed happy in their job and it reflected in their attitudes towards us. We also ordered wood from two other places, but Wes Vice's wood was the easiest to work with because the lines were clean and straight and the edges fit together perfectly whereas the other stuff required some finagling to get it to fit right and stay straight. What really won us over though, was a miscommunication regarding the cut of our wood. It wasn't what we thought we had ordered. When we expressed that to Scott, he and his team picked up the wood, brought it back to the shop, recut the edges the way we wanted them, and redelivered the wood to our house all without charging us AND with a positive attitude. The way they handled the whole process was top notch. We will be ordering ALL future wood from these guys not just because of the awesome customer service, but also because of the quality of the wood and cut.

Went in to buy a router bit. It turned into an ordeal. They Couldn't find the key to router bit case. The woman goes to answer the phone leaving me standing at the case. She takes multiple calls and waits on two customers. I'm still waiting. A employee sees me standing at the case and asks if he can help me. I say Yes, I need that bit. He unlocks the case and hands me the bit. I walk over to pay for it. The woman asks me how I got in the case. I tell her. She freaks out and leaves to go find who gave me the bit. I left and went to Lowe's for router bit. Go back for a custom piece of S4S poplar board. Talk to a guy in the back who writes what I need on a piece of paper and tells me to have the woman at front desk to price it. The woman interprets the note incorrectly. I tell her what I want. She says that's not what is written on the paper. I say Fine and tell her what I want. She then starts asking me again what I want. I start telling her. She talks over me before I can finish the answer then asks again what I want. I then change my tone, body posture and volume to say, "Ms I've been telling you what I need. You aren't listening. Please stop talking over me and listen". She stands up says "You're a man, this happens a lot. I'll go get my husband so you can talk man to man" I walk out. I won't go back there no matter they might have what I need. Poor customer service skills.

He arrived as promised, and gave me estimate for 3 houses. He covered all steps from beginning to end so that I would know what to expect, taking guess work out of the equation. He had material delivered to all three as promised and the work started on time. All three homes was completed within 2 days. This was no surprise to me since I had hired Amazing Siding and Roofing 2 years ago to repair a leaking patio and sunroom roof which they did promptly and still have had no problems with it. Love this company. His ability to ensure TWIA compliance is awesome, and I will be getting the certificate in the mail from the inspector who works with Jason to ensure the roof is completed correctly and in a timely manner. There was no delay in completion of roof. Big help considering the weather will change every hour here. Very happy with the new roofs and how much it improved the look of the homes. He came the next day gave me a bid that was better than any of the others and he said my beat up house did not scare him. Throughout the process he was available, efficient and very kind. Bill and Tommy were the crew and they are WONDERFUL! They absolutely know what they are doing and are all about quality workmanship. They are so polite and they even offered to help me with my groceries and Tommy helped me lift my big old dog into the SUV. It feels like I have friends working on my house. They do a complete clean up every day and could not be more respectful of my things. When the project was complete, they spent a long time with a magnet picking up nails and left their work area cleaner than it was before. I was afraid of doing such a big project.
