IVE HAD A TERRIBLE TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. My iPad was not…read morecharging fully. ON 2nd May 2018 Martin took charge of the iPad for repair. I then got a call to go to the clinic to put in my 4 digit code to give them access for repair. At this point I decided to have the screen replaced even though it was not causing any problems. It had a very small crack that was hardly noticeable. 6th June after a new screen had been fitted and allegedly the charging fault fixed we paid £160. On collection we found that the charging port had not been fixed the keypad had dead spots and would not go in to sleep mode. 11th June returned the iPad for repair. 22nd June collected the iPad charging chip had been replaced, 2nd screen fitted. Keyboard still had dead spots and would not go in to sleep mode. 25th June returned iPad and the third screen was fitted. 5th of July informed by telephone that the iPad could not be fixed. 6Th July informed that the iPad needs a new mother board at a cost of £140. Martin would be prepared to fix it if I paid half of repair cost plus £10 labour. I collected the iPad to back up my files. I had used the iPad for my business right up to delivering it for charging repair. I could not wait any longer. I had to purchase a new iPad. After contacting the clinic and leaving a number of messages I was unhappy with their lack of professionalism and eventually spoke to the manager who for some reason had never been available when I had contacted them. I discussed claiming a minimal amount through their insurance company and in return giving them the iPad. The owner promised to call me back after 48 hrs. He did not call me back or contact me in any way. As I have been out of the country until recently I have been unable to attend to this matter. I have now decided to take this to the small claims court and trading standards. The clinic had taken £160 under false pretences on 6th June when they informed me that the charging port had been repaired. This is illegal. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.

Came in with my IPhone X..... Started off with a cracked screen, But some how more faults/errors…read moreoccurred when they gave me back my device after repair. (I blame this due to poor-rushed repair service and dodgey parts.) This escalated to Software Issue, Broken Sensor, Damaged Battery etc. And me being £500-600 down over multiple visits over a 3 month span from just a cracked screen! Their 'Technicians' do half a job and purposely apply errors to different sections of your device so that you return with your device to tell you they've discovered a new problem and then squeeze what they can out of you. Me being too nice and gullible for my own good got caught in their trap which resorted me £500-600 down from JUST A CRACKED SCREEN! These Pirates need to be exposed and I advise everyone to STAY AWAY! I ended up having to sell my device for recycling for £50 because they had messed up the software and inside interior so bad that no one would take it. Another Mobile Technician even consulted me on how appalling the inside interior was on my device. A trip to iRepair Clinic Kensington resulted to me being a large sum down and me having to sell my perfect working phone for £50! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I paid £70 on Saturday to have the charging port and screen of my iPhone replaced. 3 hours later,…read morefor no apparent reason, the screen stopped working. The phone was hardly used, not dropped or damaged. Took it back today, Monday, as obviously I was sold a cheap or faulty part and after inspecting it, he accused me of dropping the phone. This is 100% not the case and the screen isn't cracked, it's broken inside. Its obvious they are using the cheapest Chinese knock off parts and over charging. His only suggestion was I could pay another £30 for a new screen but even if it stopped working after 1 second he wouldn't do anything. Then less than two weeks later half the connection down my phone stopped working. I refrained from saying it was a "dodgy job" and went in. I explained how I thought they had come lose. They were very happy to take a look free of charge and we would be told they would ring in an hour. 3 hours later no call, thankfully my friend had the number from the last time so we rang them. They started talking amongst themselves for all to hear in a stressful tone and then asked us to call back in 20 minutes. Approximately 10 minutes later they rang my friend back claiming I would need a new screen again. I immediately said no as clearly a correct job had not been done the first time. We went to pick up the phone (under 5 minutes walk away) when we got there I had to show no proof this was my phone, meaning they were prepared to give it to anyone. Further to this they didn't explain what was wrong with my and phone and it was disabled for over an hour. Which was not necessary as they had the password and didn't fix it so there would be no reason for them to try and log into my phone. Would not recommend this service to anyone and am thoroughly disappointed as I know have to pay a lot more to get my phone fixed. Such a waste of money.
