(Which I did not tell her on the call). I KNOW when someone cares or is hurrying one away and on to other things. I was impressed by Carmen's patience, ( which says a lot in a busy firm, her candor, willingness to help me and to explain and her services and their low fees. Wow... After consulting with other firms, Carmen was far and away the best for the money. I was also impressed by the knowledge of another CPA, who also took time to listen, but then asked $400 an hour for his 'listening services'. Carmen did not ask for a fee for our introductory call. Wow...again. Carmen, if this wasn't Minnesota (a joke, folks) I would hug you! Thank you. And my business partner, who is female, thanks you. We are truly impressed. Warmth, candor, honesty, competency. What more could one ask of a CPA Firm? When I joked, 'I should send you a Christmas Card, but I can't say that in MN', she said, 'please do.
